'Wherever I go, you will bring me home.'H A R R Y
Hello.
My name is Harry Styles
And today I am proposing to the girl of my dreams.
It's been a year. A year with the girl I love and cherish and hold onto every night. The girl who makes me laugh, who scares me half to death because of how clumsy she gets and the girl who I admire for everything she's done. The girl who I can't keep my hands off of whenever I'm in the same room as her.The girl who sleeps on top of me every night because she finds me comfier than the mattress I brought that cost me nearly as much as a months rent. The girl who kisses me at random times of the day and calls me at inconvenient hours whilst I'm in meetings at work just to say 'I love you' (She still won't switch her brick phone for a smart phone). The girl who learnt to live a normal life, who learnt to write, read, add up and learnt how much she hated to cook. The girl who loves to ride the underground and dance in the streets of London at crazy hours of the night. The girl who's found out how much she loves wearing bright colours and has started a huge collection of Disney movies which she keeps showcased in a glass case in our lounge. The girl who's found an obsession with 60's music and reading every classic novel to have ever been written.
The girl I want to spend the rest of my life with.
To say I'm scared is an understatement, I'm absolutely shitting it. I've phoned my mum, who met Marcie as soon as Marcie was comfortable with her new life and adored her, more times than I can count. She told me I have nothing to be worried about and of course Marcie will say yes but the idea of marriage and spending my life as a married man never appealed to me until I met Marcie. Never in my life would I have thought I would be getting married at the age of twenty four.
I get back to our little apartment after finishing up work at the office. In the past year, many things have happened, the bad out ruling the good.
Marcie and I brought an apartment together six months after she left the hospital. It isn't the most luxurious of places but it was perfect for us and just what we wanted as it was right by the park and near Grace's and of course the little flower shop that Marcie now has a job at. She works every other day, helping to sell the pretty flowers and making good friends with Ruth, the owner of the shop. She even started a club every Friday afternoon for the little kids who want to start planting their own flowers. She always texts me when I get out at work on a Friday to buy snacks on the way to the shop to give to each of one of the kids that show up. Every time I get there, she's always wearing her yellow apron, with her hair a mess and her dirt all over her face.
Marcie and Mary decorated the apartment together and April also had a lot of input. It allowed me and Jonathan to talk a bit, both of us finding a few things in common one of them being our love for football.
(Here's some visuals for their apartment but you can imagine it however you want)
