Finally my plan was falling in place, just as I knew it would. I walked into a room and shut the door, I stepped up behind a large piece a glass that not even the strongest bullet could break.

“Umm….your-”

“Yes I know, get my spare.” I say, assuming lab workers referring to my mask. She hands me another, I tightly tie it and slip it over my head.

“We’re ready on your command.”

“Well than what are we waiting for? I'm sure our dragon friend is done waiting. Don’t you think?”

“Commence phase one.” The worker says to the others.

“So, the little brats aren’t too far from here, should I began-” It’s Doctor Ill.

“No. Let's greet them starting with an old friend of mine.” I look through the glass, all I can hear are sounds of blood shrilling screams and blasts of dark matter.
“Tell me when you're finished.” I walk out of the room gathering all of my thoughts. Ever since he was a baby I always assured myself that the moment would come when he would fulfill what he was created for. But sometimes I couldn’t look at things that way, after all I’m not Red Fox. He taught me everything I know, I thank him for that, he was so much more than my mentor. But I still remember the day that will forever be burned in my memory, I wish I could just forget but I can’t. Everytime I see his face, the memory urges to replay in my mind, I use all my will not to let it get to me but it does. The memory replays over and over again like a broken record stuck in my head.

It started with screaming and yelling, I rushed downstairs to see what all the commotion was about.
“Whats going-” I stopped as I saw what Red Fox was doing.
“I’ll make sure you’ll never forget what happens when you don’t listen.” Red Fox jolted his arms down, his nails became claws, he swung them right towards the little boys face.
“NOOO!!” I screamed at him, but that didn’t stop him, finally when I grabbed his arm he stopped. I went to grab the boy, to assure him everything was fine, but Red Fox stopped me.
“No.” He said, his voice, sharp as a needle. He pressed a button and two women rushed to his side, “Clean them up, put him in his cell.”

“What about the other one? Have you decided?” After she asked them that he looked at me, he held out a pocket watch. The lady nodded, each taking one boy, there was no doubt Tom would never see again and I realized how much anger would consume him knowing the last thing he’d see was the mask of a man whom he hated most. I looked to the other child, his skin was cut going down his right eye Red Fox must have clawed him too, I didn’t know if he was going to make it. The pocket watch Red Fox had handed the women was no ordinary thing.
It belonged to the very first Soul Master. A member of the original Z team, Red Fox and I were trying to bring the team back together. The Soul Master was a demon, more powerful then the devil himself. The Soul Master can collect, raise and extract souls. He usually travels with a lost spirit as a companion, he’s also know to take any form or shape. That pocket watch was the Soul Masters collecting tool, forged by the hands of  powerful creatures, with millions of souls locked inside. So if we use the watch, the boy could become the next Soul Master, or he could die trying, after all they were only a few years old. I wasn’t all for it, but I would be taking the next roll as the legendary Fox, one who would lead their team to victory and conquering any foe in his or her way. I had to live up that standard. So I had to make some tough decisions, but I’ve come too far to stop now.

“Kitsune!” I heard someone call, I walked back to the lab, “Were ready.”

“Good.” I walked in a room connecting to the lab. I slowly, tauntingly walked around him.

“You done yet?”

“N-never!” He spit blood on my shirt.

“How rude, you really need better manners. Maybe you’ll learn a thing or two from the Z Dragon? Hmm?” He started screaming and cursing at me.

“Whats that? You don’t mind if we invite our friend?”

“Ho-how am I...I still-”

“Alive? Well you see, no matter how much you don’t want to hear it nor want to believe it, your blood bondege is already more than halfway complete so that makes you immortal. It also makes it harder for you to resist against it. Good luck!” I walked out and back into the lab, “Highest setting.”

“But-”

“I’m aware of the side effects, but he’s quite the stubborn one. Highest setting.”

“Yes. You heard her 953, protocol 953!”
I looked at him again, he can really fight. He and the Z Dragon are a great fit. Then I looked at him from another angel, his shirt was gone and his tattoo was visible, when ever a mortal is blood bonded with the Dragon a marking or tattoo will appear. The Z Dragons Awakening symbol also known as Z.D.A. This is the first time the dragons ever been bonded with anyone, it never finds anyone strong enough to carry its power nor anyone to its liking. The scars across his eyes were visabel, the ones Red Fox gave him when he was seven years old. They're was so much he didn’t and still doesn't know.

  “Kitsune, levels are-”

“Are what?”

“He doesn't seem to be copertarintg, we’ve be using the highest setting. What do you want us to do?”

“Get ready to increase dark matter, it looks like he needs….a little persuasion-.” They turned off the machine as I walked in. “Do I need to do this again? Don’t make me.” He held up his his fist with one finger up as a smirk crossed his bloodied face. “You! If I didn’t need you you’d be dead right now!” I plunged my sword into his chest and side he grunted, “Your a disgrace.” I slammed the door shut. “Let us see how long the little brat lasts now, shall we? Maximum power.”
I couldn’t hear too much over the loud sounds of our weapon, though I heard a few shrieks here and they're. I kept reminding myself that this was the day we’d been waiting for, we expected this. For him not listen and pull away, he knew the pain it would cause him. If only he would have listened, it’s no walk in the park for me to see him like this.

If only.

Finally I see the results I’ve been wanting. Time stops, everyone's froze but me. I step into the room once more, I look into the eyes of the boy no longer are they human. I chant anchinte words, there's a boom as a shadow figure appears from out of the boys body.

“It seems we meet again.”

“Yes, it seem so. Are you sure you want to keep going?” The shadows voice had a eerie echoing to it.

“I’ve never seen a soul as strong, as capable, as ruthless. Though he has his quirks I’ll work them out. With our souls bonded together I’ll be unstoppable! Together you and I rule. And the Z team?”

“Exactly how we planned, I have them all on there way here.”

“Good.”  The Dragon soul went back into his body, there was another loud boom as time started again. The boy screamed and cried out as the Dragon began to overtake and consume his body. I simply stood there and smiled.
