Prologue
Long ago there was a legend that tells of 6 people. Each given a Gem/Stone of power as a curse or a gift. Passed down from generations 6 unlikely kids will have to overcome their differences and form a team with great power that can destroy anything in they're way! Gifted with the power of fire, water, nature, music. Cursed with powers of darkness, blessed with angel like powers. But only one power is known to be able to destroy these stones. Themselves, if these fall into the wrong hands it could mean the end of everything.
Chapter one Madison
Every day like the rest. Nothing ever changes. Go to school and be the person no one notices. Be the one people make fun of. Fun right? I go to a private school. You know, where you have to wear ugly, preppy, itchy clothes. You're probably wondering ‘How do you afford to go to a private school aren’t those super expensive?’ The answer would be yes, fortunately I don’t have to pay for that, my parents do.
Have you ever heard the term ‘things can change in a blink of an eye?’ Believe it or not they can. It was a normal friday, besides the fact that it was a school day (yaaaaa). I was in third period when the alarm started going off, I heard screaming and screeching. It was like the speaker was trying to go off but cutting out. All I heard was:
“..al.l….stud..en.t.ss..intr..der..hi..d..-”.
Our school was pretty high when it came to security and the principle was also very strict when it came to safety, so, I thought maybe someone was just on school grounds who wasn't supposed to be. But that's when my science teacher got a signal on her radio telling her there was an armed man who is in the school calling out for revenge. With that the whole class ran out of the classroom in fear.( In drills you have to go out in orderly fashion, but let's be honest, if there was a psychopath with a knife you just run like hell broke loose) I was knocked hard to the ground by kids running, I was trampled over. Everything started slowly going black, then I saw a dim light. A phone and a video were playing.
Oh crud, I thought.
The video was of a man there was something reflecting a glint of light in his hand. Then everything went completely black.
