After a while, James got up and came and sat next to me. "Are you okay?" I ask him. "Uh, yeah, yeah I'm good." He says with a small smile. I take my hand off of Astro and hold my arms out to him for a hug. He leans in and we engulf each other in a huge ass hug. I heard a sniffle and a little whimper come from James but I just held on tighter to let him know it was okay. He buried his head more into my shoulder and I just let him cry. By now he was shaking and sniffling into my shoulder. Meanwhile, Astro looked on concerned. She was only supposed to task for me but I knew that at this moment James needed cheering up. "Astro, okay." I whisper while looking at her beautiful brown eyes. She immediately got up and started to work.

James let go of me and laid himself down on the sofa, his head resting on my legs. Astro has worked her magic and was now asleep again on the floor.

Tis a hard not life for a service dog eh?

I was running my hand through James's hair as he was falling asleep. I don't why he was upset but it was my go to look after and care for him when he became sad. I guess it was finally my go to look after him seen as he's looked after me for so long. My whole body relaxed once I realised he was now peacefully sleeping and my head finally quietened and I joined him the world of sleep.

When I woke up he was still laying on my legs and he was talking to someone while looking up at me. "How's school?" My mother asked him as I managed to wake up enough to realise it was her who was in the room with us. "It's going good thank you." James replies giving me a little wink. Douche. I sleepily roll my eyes in response and watch my mum get up and walk out the living room. "Huh?" I ask to no one in particular. "Huh?" James says in response. "I don't know." I reply with a little laugh. Astro walked over to us and put her paw on James with a quiet thud. She may or may not have done it in the specific area if you know what I mean. I burst out laughing as James curls into a ball groaning. "She's gotta pee." I say once I finally regained my breath back. James was still groaning from beside me so I shuffled off the sofa and into my chair. "Let's go Astro." I say rolling to the back door.

Our garden isn't too accessible, Okay it really wasn't accessible at all. It was all grass and was a decent size. I remember when I was really little my mum used to carry me out there and we would lay on a blanket together and watch the clouds go by.
Astro finished her business and I just let her sniff around for a bit and explore on this unusually sunny day in Britain. I call her in and we go back to the sofa where James was laying, now recovered from the incident.

It was now a few hours later and it was dark outside, "I'm going to go watch Netflix with my dog." I say transferring from the sofa to my chair. "Nooooooooo!" James moans while I laugh at his stupid self. "Yesssssssss!" I say wheeling to my room.

I'd put on a movie and let Astro up on the bed, James stayed in the living room and I could hear him talking to my mum again. I swear James talks to my mum more then I do. I have no idea why, she's not exactly my favourite person. Oh well.

James eventually slipped into bed and watched the end of the movie with me and Astro, Astro ended up doing dpt as for an unknown reason my body decided to become anxious. Love that!

Eventually, once the movie finished, James put my laptop back on my desk and crawled back into bed. "Huggies?" He asked once Astro jumped off the bed. "Huggies." I reply opening my arms to him. "Yessss." He quietly says while moving closer to me.

Today has been a weird day, but all in all I'm happy that I'm cuddled up in James arms. Maybe one day he can be my boyfriend. But I'll still be happy if he wants to be my friend. I guess I'm a little confused.
