Twenty Four

I had already gotten up and was ready for the day when I was just putting Astro's vest on so we could wait for James to arrive.
Lea~'we need to talk soon Jamie'- my phone pings. Talk about what? I'm seriously so confused this is unreal.

As I was trying to think of what it possibly was she wanted to talk about, James arrived and let himself in to the house as per usual. "Thanks for knocking." I joke, picking up my bag and putting it in my lap. "You're welcome." He replies and he plants a kiss on my head. The warm fuzzy feeling returns inside of me and I'm not longer caught up about what Lea wants.

We arrived at school and ended up going to form instead of meeting up with the girls, James said something about not wanting to deal with their early morning antics. I don't know,but it was a good choice as it gave me and Astro a chance to train and better our communication with one another. We've only been a team for a short time but it feels like I've known this dog my whole life. She truly is my life saver and she's helped me so much since she's been home.

Then it was lunch and we all met in the outside area as usual to eat. We took the dogs gear off and Chloe brought a ball for the dogs to chase. They were enjoying life and playing together all lunch meanwhile, Lea was still acting weird around me and James and I still have no idea why. He's a good guy, he's always taken care of me so I don't understand why her and Chloe both got all weird when I mentioned that me and him were together. As I've said before, the only logical reason would be that they both like him.

We ended up going to last period late because neither of the dogs wanted to listen to us and refused to go back to work. So we ended up walking in to class late which was the most embarrassing thing ever.

I was now laying in bed after dinner and I still have no idea why Lea wanted to talk to me so badly. Maybe I should call her. But as per usual, me being the dumb person I am, I left my phone in the living room. "Astro can you get my phone." I ask her, feeling bad because I woke her up from her nap. She sighs loudly but gets up and goes and grabs my phone for me. "Thanks baby." I reply once she has returned and given her a few treats.

I call Lea and wait for her to pick up. Whatever does she need to talk to me about?
