Ch 25 - Garden

Nights for a Vampire seem to be crazy. It could be grappling into a bedroom window or seducing man of choice or maybe even trying to make someone shook. Might be all three in a two week span? Spoiler? Nah. Maybe.

After everyone adjusted they were given sandwiches and headed to the back of the castle to see the courtyard and the rest of the land before being covered by the moat. A beautiful smooth tile patio and then a garden that was big enough to be a whole maze. Who knows what could be in there. Evil plants, werewolves, and maybe a sketchy shack that contains a rogue monster. That being said this place was quite a sight from any view. Nothing in the human world could compare to this. 

"Wow. Kokoa this is beautiful. I have no idea how you can go from this to adjusting to a dorm at Yokai. This is bigger then the school it seems like."

"Well what is it like at home?" She asked.

"It is much more smaller. More simple. A two bedroom house and the kitchen sits four if you're lucky. Just on how it goes. Small place and my mother works for this office. Least last time I checked. I don't know."

Kokoa smiled. "You like it hear better?"

"I can't answer that. Both are stressful."

Kokoa just didn't quite understand. "How is it stressful here?"

"Well both of them rain. Think about it this way. In the human world I am scared to put my hands on someone because of the obvious. Don't want any trouble and to be hunted down. Here it seems like it has no rules. I haven't been here long but I already had some just try to fight me and twist things around. I met you and I thought you were against me at one point. Now, well," You smirk. "We're together and I'm happy. Hope you say the same."

"I am. Early but so far you have been there even when I needed you most."

"Let's just not do anything involving extreme amounts of caffeine if that is anyway possible." You chuckle.

"I agree. Better pace."

Kahlua overheard and was curious. "Shall we proceed to the garden? Maybe see if the roses are ready?"

"Why not." Said Kokoa leading the way with her sister.

Well so far seems all well. But I still cannot express how dreadfully nervous I am. Moka knows. Heck all of them know.  "This is marvelous."

"What about it?" Asked Akua glaring at you.

"The beauty and the energy. I like it." Trying to keep your cool.

"That you're correct. Now follow me." Akua was giving an order. Not an invitation. Her tone of voice had this bite to it.

"Okay..." You see everyone go to the left as you follow Akua into the center. Another couple set of tables and chairs. It was starting to get scary again. This time you were alone again. Except Akua felt more bloodthirsty. "Where should I-"

"Pick a chair." She said calmly.

Questionnaire. I can feel it. "Sure thing." You take a seat and just as expected she sat across from you. "What can I do for you?"

"Why so nervous? Actually nevermind that. You used to it. But fill me in here."

"What can I do for you Akua?"

"You're my sister's boyfriend right?"

"Yes."

She glared at you. "So what is up with the other guy and the other girls here?"
