after love and heart break hikari struggles with fighting her demons. After three long years she returns to the village. Only to run head on back into the storm.
"What kind of test sensei?" Obito raised an eyebrow
"A surprise test Obito" minato said sarcastically
"Obito you idiot." Kakashi had his arm around rin again but hikari didn't even bat an eyelash.
They began arguing but hikari cut them off
"I'm gonna go to my apartment. It was great seeing you." She smiled at Kushina, minato and Obito. She handed naruto to minato and smiled sweetly at him when he looked like he was about to cry.
When she walked by kakashi she kept her head up and said nothing.
Rin looked different now too.

Her hair was longer, she looked prettier and she was taller. Obito probably changed the much. He was the tallest out of the three, his round race squared out, and his frame got bigger. Kakashi seemed really skinny, he still had msucle though. His hair was longer as well.
Hikari made her way into her apartment. She hadn't been there in years but everything looked the same. In her room she had stuff all over the walls. She had a lot of pictures. She frowned when she saw one of her with Team Minato. Seiko hadn't talked to her since her comrades death. Hikari knew she was angry at her, and she understood.
Her apartment definitely needed to be cleaned, so that's what she did until it was time to meet at the trading grounds. She dusted, put things away, rearranged stuff, and deep cleaned. She took her letters she got over the years, she still kept the ones from kakashi, and put them in her dresser. Before finally heading out.
When she met them there everyone was there except Obito. She ran over to Kushina who was holding naruto. He eagerly held his arms out and she picked him up.
"Oh my gosh it's only been a few hours but I missed you so much naruto." She held him close and he smiled really big.
"He definitely has a crush" Kushina giggled
"I'm so happy I finally got to meet him. I've been waiting for sooooo long"
"Good thing he's taken a liking to you because he's gonna be seeing a lot of you now." She laughed. "I forgot to ask how the trip home was."
"It wasn't too bad, it was sad but I was excited. I miss Tsunade like crazy but I'm sure one day I'll see her again."
Naruto was laying his head down in Hikaris neck sucking his thumb and Kushina face light up. Quickly taking her camera out she said "get ready" and hikari smiled.
"Oh my gosh so cuteeee! I'll have to get this developed and scrap book it." Kushina squealed
Minato looked around "I forgot how he's always late."
Right on cue Obito came running out, "sorry I'm late I had to help someone."
