Chapter Eighty Five.

Amber's POV

I was currently facetiming with Michael and I was wearing one of the few clothes he left behind. It was his idea. He said it'll make him feel like he was with me.

"Hey babe?" He called out to me after watching me tie my hair in attempts to put it up in a ponytail.

I stopped what I was doing and looked at him. "Yes babe?" I asked him. And by the goofy grin oh his face I know what he's gonna say.

"I love you." He said and smiled widely at me. I shook my head letting my hair fall over again as I giggle and smiled at him. "I love you too."

"Hey Ambs?" He asked again and I lifted my head up to look at him. "I swear Michael if you say I love you again I am gonna get up and get a tomato from the kitchen and let you talk to it and I am going to bed." I threatened.

"Damn. Okay. You're beautiful." He said. I blushed deeply. I groaned and hid my face in my hands again. "Michael." And all I heard were chuckles from behind the screen.

"Hush Ambs. I'm trying to cheer you up." He said softly as if he was scared I'd hear. I smiles to myself. "And it's working Michael. I love you so much." I said and smiled lifting my head up looking at him.

"I love you so much more baby." He said and yawned. "You can go to sleep if you want to baby." I said and he looked at me weary and worried but nodded faintly.

"Okay baby. I love you." He said. I said I love you goodnight and ended our facetime session.

I stood up and connected my phone to the charger as I went to the kitchen. It was nearly midnight. I walked into the kitchen and grabbed a pack of chips bringing it up to the study.

I scanned the properly stacked books. Until I noticed my Pride and Prejudice copy upside down. I furrowed my eyebrows and grabbed it. There was something stuffed in the middle of the book. I set the chips down going to one of the bean bag chairs. I opened it to where the page indents. A letter?? From Luke?? What??

Dear Amber.

Hey. Okay if you're reading this you finally scanned over your book shelf again.

I don't know why I'm writing you this. I guess as an apology. Because obviously I can't grow a pair and do it to you face to face. I'm sorry Amber. If it wasn't for me cheating twice. Our daughter Caitlin would've been alive with Rydel. Those fans wouldn't have attacked you. You wouldn't be broken.

Baby.. i know.. i know that what I did was very unforgivable and you should never forgive me. Ever but I have this tiny speck of hope I'm holding onto.. that one day we could be together. All of us. Mia Rydel, Luke Ethan (sn: yes luke ethan is ethan's name. But everyone calls him ethan -l) me and you. I know its too much to ask for. But Amber believe it or not through all of this..
