Chapter seventy six

an: You are going to freaking hate me for this chapter! and this wasn't even the twist i had planned.

Amber's POV

Lights. It was blinding. Am I dead? I sure hope I was. I really hoped I was. But I feel like I wasn't. Damn it.

I flutter my eyes open and I saw mom crying on my bed. I reached out for her. "Mom? What's wrong?" I asked. But then I remembered. My girls arent inside me anymore.

"Mom. The girls. Where are my girls? Are they okay?" I asked her again. She just looked at me. "Mom.. My girls. What happened to them?" I was crying now. My girls. They're alright right? They're good.

"Baby.. Caitlin. She didn't make it. She passed a few hours she was out of you. she had a weak heart. Im sorry sweetie. Rydel's alright though." She told me. No. Caitlin's fine she's lying to me.

"What was that honey?" she asked looking at me.

"You're lying to me! Where's caitlin!?  Did he.. Did he take her? Did he sold her like he did to me? What did you do to her? Are you in with him too? Where's my daughter?" I shouted. i shrieked. I cried. I screamed. I was having a mental break down.

"Miss Carter I need you to cal-" The doctor said as she entered.

"Don't tell me to calm the fuck down! You mean to say my other daughter is dead?" I screamed at her as she approached me.

"Don' you fucking dare come near me." I warned her. But she still inched in closer. Nodding at someone by the door.

"Caitlin Blue, didn't make it sweetie." she said as she held her arms out as if I was going to hur- yeah I'd probaby hurt her.

I tried to remain calm as she inched closer as a nurse appeared inside. She was holding a baby in a lilac blanket.

The nurse stood closer to me now. Letting me see Rydel's face for the first time. she looked just like me. I started to tear up more as she let me hold her.

"She looks just like her. only with michael's eyes. She opened her eyes a while ago. They were green." Mom said as the doctor and nurse left me with Rydel.

"Shouldn't it be blue to say the least?" I asked her.

"I don't know honey. Its probably because for the most of your pregnancy you've been with Michael." She explained. I looked down at Rydel. My mom touched my shoulder as she excused herself.

"Hi there Ry. It's me mommy. Do you know what happened to your sister? Can you tell me?" I leaned down like she was talking. I was crying now. "Oh. She's with the angels now? I guess she's going to be watching over us both huh? we'll miss her loads." I said and held her closer to my chest. "Have you met your brother yet? He's the best brother you'll ever have. He's a great kid." I said.

*When the world teard us apart. I will fight for your heart* Mikey's ringtone.

"Hello?" I asked the reciever. Looking down at Rydel still.

"Hey babe. Hows the girls?" He sounded exhausted.

"Rydel's fine babe. Blue couldn't make it." I said as I sobbed into the phone.

"Awe baby. Don't worry. Im coming home soon. I love you."

"Okay babe. I love you too."

Blue's my angel now. I know nothing can ever hurt me now. I haven't met you yet. I know I might never will darling. But I miss you.
