Luke's POV
Today was the day Michael comes back from his break. He was gone for a for a good three weeks. Comforting Amber and looking after her kids for her. I'd hate to admit it but, at some points over those three weeks I did wish it was me who was there for Amber.
Sometimes I find myself thinking about her, and at most random times too. Once I was showering, getting ready to head out to Zoe's when I found myself thinking about Amber and how her lips looked like wrapped around my length. Then I realized what I was doing and when I looked down there it was. A stiffy. A boner. Or whatever guys called it. But it was there.
Another time was when Zoe and I were making our snogging as she called it, and I found myself thinking about her soft plump lips against mine. Molding perfectly together.
I don't know what it is about Amber that I couldn't forget. Something about her I couldn't let go. Something about her that I would always love.
"Mikey!!" Calum shouted snapping me out of my thought as we see a lilac colored Mikey walking towards us. We all ran up to him and hugged him.
"I missed you guys!" Michael said hugging each of us.
"We missed you too." Ashton says as he let go of Michael and started guiding us through the airport and back in the car.
Ashton drove us back to the hotel where we stayed.
"How's Amber?" Calum asked. I can't help it, my head shot up and my ears are perked eager to know what's been happening to Amber.
"She's feeling a bit depressed from Caitlin's death. She zones out and blacks out sometimes. But she's been doinh better." He said. Oh no. Amber's schizophrenia is returning. She's blacking out Luke of course her mental illness is back.
"Hey Mikey, what do you mean Black Out?" I ask nervously, remembering that Mikey doesn't know.
"She zones out and then starts screaming and breaking things in the back yard. Then when she snaps put she doesn't remember anything." He says and my assumptions are confirmed. Her demons are back.
I hope she hasn't mentioned Josh and Hannah.
"The weird thing was she kept saying sorry to Josh and Hannah." He said and I had to look away. For him not to see my eyes. It's starting again.
Flashback
"Luke sweetheart, can I talk to you for a minute?" Mrs. Carter asked me. I've been dating her daughter for 8 months now. I hope she doesn't tell me to stop.
"Sure Ms. Carter." I say and follow her into the kitchen.
"Promise me, you'll never tell a living soul about this okay?" She asked and I nodded. "Two years ago, when Amber was thirteen, she used to date a boy named Josh. She was so in love with him. She did everything to make Josh happy. Her, schizophrenia was under control at the time. And she always took her medication. She was finally getting better. Until one day, Amber was sitting at home, looking through Josh's phone. And started panicking as she saw her best friend Hannah's name in his inbox. Being Amber, she read their conversations. She wasn't happy. The figures she saw and the voices she heard was not happy. She acted as if she didn't know. She stopped taking her medication and started talking to someone named Jason again. Jason was the only voice she heard, and the only figure she saw. One day it was as if, Jason took over her body, running towards Josh's house. The next thing she knew was that she held a bloody knife in her hand, as she stood around Josh and Hannah's pool of blood." She told me and I looked pale. My knuckles were white from gripping the counter.
"They sent her to a mental ward for a year. The day you met her, was the day she was let out. Luke, please, do not hurt her." She said. She plead.
"I promise."
End of flashback.
"Hey Luke!" Mikey said snapping his fingers in front of me.
"Yeah?" I asked and looked at him nervously.
"Do you know who Josh and Hannah are?" he asked and I shook my head fast.
"No."
I lied. Yes I do. Josh and Hannah. They were people that Amber murdered.
