A boring filler it's going to pick up. And I apologize my updates will slow down because I start my internship!

Enjoy!

It's been a few days since she let Gianni go and Jolene felt sick. Completely sick to her stomach. She gave up 30 million dollars because she was a p*ssy. A moment of f*cking weakness. She sadly thought about all she could've done with that 30 million. And she mourned her pride.

But out of the stupid kindness in her heart that she didn't know she obtained, she let the idiotic Italian go. That was compensation for what ever conspired in their younger years. Jolene trained herself to forget her early years. Her early memories with a traitor. But those simple words hit her hard.

Back when he was her friend. Her friend who would never ever hurt her. Her friend who cared. He was not that friend anymore.

She inhaled deeply tugging at her roots. She never wanted to see his face again. This was his one shot cheating death by her hands. Next time he wouldn't be so lucky.

She stared at her self in the mirror hating the reflection. This wasn't the strong woman she once knew. This was way against everything she had revolved her life around.

She splashed some water in her face and inhaled. "Next time your head is mine." She growled to herself. Before hastily walking into her study slamming the door.

Angelo walked around the outside of complex he found to be Jolene Madden's. He wondered how he could get to her without getting killed but continued to draw a blank.

'Maybe I should just knock on the door?' He thought before chastising himself for his stupidity. Madden would blow his head off before he even lifted his hand.

He talked to himself pacing back and forth until the sound of a gun being cocked made him look up. Once he did he was in love.

The woman had deep brown skin and her hair in a long braid. She was simple looking but held fierceness in her eyes. He was so hypnotized by his attraction he almost completely disregarded the rifle she held pointed right at him.

Angelo held his hand up in surrender. The other was occupied by a sling from being shot. "Name?" She spoke.

Angelo smiled cheekily. "Angelo Fiuore ." He held his hand out to her. Oh man he wanted her badly. She stared at his hand but said nothing.

"Italian." She hissed. "It's not what you think bella. I'm not here to start problems." he said sincerely. "I need to talk to the boss."

"S-she never mentioned v-visitors." The woman frowned. Angelo pepped up was his little vixen attracted to him.

"Do I make you nervous bella?" He shot her a swoon worth smile but the woman was unfazed. "No i-it's called a s-stutter." She rolled her eyes.

Angelo blushed crimson. Well that was embarrassing. "I'm sorry beautiful please I just need to talk to her my boss Gianni-"

The woman straightened up with wide eyes before shooting a little metal circle next to Angelo. Instantly 10 men came outside to contain him. Angelo sighed.

The woman walked towards a tall black man signing back and forth with him. The man looked at Angelo with distaste before nodding and kissing the vixen. Angelo's stomach did a back flip.

The woman walked inside and the man's eyes were trained on Angelo as he approached him. "Wow I've never had the pleasure of meeting an Italian." His deep voice echoed.

Angelo grimaced. "I'm sure you've met one in your life time." The black man shrugged. "Maybe. Y'all aren't my favorite so it will be in your best interest to not say a word to me. And it will be in your best interest to keep your eyes off MY woman." He hissed.

The woman came back and signed something to the black man. He nodded and hoisted Angelo up to make him walk inside.

Angelo looked through the grey fancy walls of the house. It was hilarious a woman lived here because it was truly missing a woman's touch.

They led him into a dark room and closed the door. He sat down hesitantly. Hoping he wasn't going to die today.

"Why are you here?" Her smooth voice rang out. Angelo looked around trying to find her.

"Hello Coni- , Jo-, Madden! Hello Madden." He stumbled. Jolene rolled her eyes at his annoying tendencies.

"Why are you here" she added a little more annoyance in her question. Angelo inhaled he knew he had every reason to be afraid.

"I come with a request. Please just hear Giordano out." Jolene stepped out of her attached room to look this man in the face as he said those ridiculous words. Angelo shook his head in disbelief. D*mn this woman was fine.

Gianni was so lucky.

"What kind of game are you two playing? I never liked games." She leaned over her desk menacingly.

Angelo inhaled. "I'm just trying to help my friend." Jolene laughed out loud. "How old are you? Thirteen? He's a grown man he shouldn't need help."

"Everyone needs help in some areas." Angelo spoke softly. "I sure as hell don't. Now you can tell your little Italian friend to back the f*ck off. You're lucky I'm too tired to shoot you today." She scoffed motioning for Marcus to take him out.

"He's looked for you his whole life!" Angelo called out halting her steps.

"Never stopped. He blamed himself everyday he made the mafia turn into something to support and help Italian businesses so the trade would end. He tried to find your grave site every month." Angelo sighed.

"He just wants a chance to speak with you. You were an important part of his upbringing. Only thing he ever knew to be real."

Jolene clenched her jaw and fists. "Friends don't betray each other." She chuckled darkly. "Tell him to leave me the f*ck alone."

"Why do you hate him so much? You're a smart woman I know you understand his actions. He was a kid." Angelo sighed frustrated.

Jolene snapped to face him. "And he still is a child seeing as he sent you to face his problems for him because he's scared to die by my hands!" She yelled.

"He doesn't know I'm here Jolene." She tilted her head. "He is so desperate to be near you but he is afraid you'll reject him too."

Jolene sighed trying to ignore the stupidity spewing out of Angelo's mouth. "Please Madden just one time to talk."

She cracked her knuckles nervously. She didn't know if she could be in the same room without killing him a second time. "Next Thursday." Was all she said.

She had to be going crazy because she just willingly agreed to seeing him. And for what? She would never forgive him. She had no idea what her brain was doing.

Angelo pepped up at her compliance. "Can you do Fri-"

"I SAID Thursday." She snapped. Angelo nodded furiously. Man this woman was insane.

"Yes ma'am." Marcus dragged Angelo out hastily. He winked at Mage his beautiful vixen which made her roll her eyes and kiss Marcus.

Gianni owed him big time for this.
