Jolene sat in the dark of her room for a while trying to process what had happened during her visit.
Vincent would kill her. As long as he was free and she was 30 million dollars richer she wouldn't care.
It upset her that he doubted her. She knew her safety was important to him but this was important to her. Jolene wasn't the one to be coddled by words any more. Actions or nothing.
She rang up Mage to bring her something raunchy enough to seduce a powerful man. "Jo t-this is a b-bad idea." Mage frowned.
"You've got a better one?" Jolene looked over her shoulder. Mage sighed shaking her head. Jolene was truly an untamable piece of work, this plan didn't feel right.
"All I'm s-saying is you n-need to be safe." Mage pouted. Jolene nudged her playfully. "Oh stop being such a sap Mage. I'll be just fine I'll return alive and you and I can run away together and ditch Marcus."
Mage couldn't fight the laugh that escaped her. Those two were always fighting over her. "Now how do I look.
Mage couldn't deny Jolene looked irresistible. She wished she had the body of Jo. Jolene looked like an actress, a beautiful temptation. Mage shook her head in disbelief.
"It's n-not nice to out do y-your bestfriend like that." Jolene laughed fluffing up her hair and placing some lipstick on.
"Mage I could never out do you. I'm just out-wh*ring you today." Jolene snickered earning a slap and laugh from Mage.
The two women descended down the stairs together gaining of the Pride members' attention. No one said anything, too hypnotized by her. Jolene has never worn something so revealing and feminine before. Marcus just snorted before grabbing his woman.
"D*mn Jolene. You look beyond sexy." Nelson smirked standing next to Marcus who rolled his eyes.
Marcus couldn't look at Jo like anything other than an annoying sister.
Jolene stared at herself in the mirror. The dress was shorter than short. Her body looked very... Alluring.
"Well let's get this over with." She cracked her knuckles before placing her trusty knife in her garter. Her men tried to avoid staring but it was like her body had a string attached to their eyes as they followed her with every move she made.
