"Shit!" Jungkook exclaimed as all the kids gasped and got out of the pool to come near them

"Wh-what happened to Dad?" Areum asked as her eyes filled with tears

"He-he hit his head and I don't know he fainted" jungkook said as he looked at the now red colored water.

"AHH fuck! Okay everybody move, I'll have to take him inside the home" jungkook said as he gently kept a hand on the wound and held taehyung waist before walking out of the pool

He then picked him up as he carried him princess style and took him inside the house while jimin consoled the crying kids

Even if sunmi and eunwoo weren't taehyung's kid, they felt such a special attachment to the man. He used to treat them kindly, he had all the things they wanted to be in their mom. And they think, he'd be perfect to play that part.

Jungkook gently placed taehyung on the bed, not removing his hand from the wound. To be honest, he is so scared and panicked right now that he might have an attack but he needs to stay calm and treat taehyung's wound

He took the first aid box which was already kept on the side table and started to dab the wound with cotton. He then put the ointment and wrapped his head with the bandage

He doesn't know how but tears started to build in his eyes as he looked at the wounded man lying unconsciously in front of him. He took his hand ever so gently, being afraid that he might hurt him again and rubbed it

"Sorry, taehyung. I didn't actually mean it. Heck, I wish I wouldn't have come here, but what can I do, my kids love you so much!" Jungkook said frustratingly

He wiped his teary eyes as he took his hand back and pushed taehyung's hair back, exposing his forehead a bit. He sighed as he got out of the room looking at the afraid and crying kids

"What happened to Taehyung-ssi Dad?!" Sunmi exclaimed as she got towards jungkook

"He's okay for now so we all shall let him rest" jungkook said as he looked down

All the four kids came towards him and hugged him while crying over his legs. He was so overwhelmed that he couldn't help but shed a tear or two

"Daddy, I am scared" areum cried and jungkook's heart melted. It's the first time called someone Daddy rather than taehyung.

He petted her hair as he smiled at her

"It's okay, if daddy's with you, you don't need to be scared"
