The days have passed and jungkook growing more nervous day by day as the court date gets near. Everyone is trying to cheer him up, his kids, the lawyer, his friends, taehyung, but there are still some doubts in jungkook's mind.

How much he wished this day never came in his life, the day where he has to take his two precious babies to the lawyer and fight to keep them.

They were sitting in the court, the lady glaring at them as taehyung returned back with a more fierce glare as she looked away.

Taehyung looked at jungkook and he could see that he was panicking from inside, he took his hand in his and squeezed it tightly yet comfortably, jungkook looked at him and gave an "i am okay" smile as taehyung returned the smile with sadness because he knew jungkook was not okay. Who would be?

The judge came as everyone stood up. The proceedings started as sunmi and eunwoo were sitting with their mother, because she took them away and jungkook couldn't help but glare at her in rage. When sunmi and eunwoo agreed to sit with her, jungkook's doubts became stronger as tears welled in his eyes but he was no one to stop them to go to her, not unless they are officially his.

The lawyers did their work, they fought and it was a neck to neck debate. Finally, it was all left on the judge.

"As we can see the two are divorced, mrs.hana is the mother of jeon sunmi and jeon eunwoo but mr.jungkook is also their dad and who has kept them for many years, both have strong points so there is no option but to leave it on the kids, the kids will decided who they will stay with" the judge said as sunmi and eunwoo got up from their seat and got in front of the judge.

"So children, choose wisely, who will you stay with? Dad or mom?" the judge asked as sunmi and eunwoo looked at each other

Jungkook was panicking so much that tears started escaping his eyes

"I know they will choose their mom, taehyung, i know it" he started to cry silently but taehyung hugged him

"Jungkook, let's hope for the good" that was all that taehyung could say right now

Everyone was waiting for the kids to say their answer as hana smirked

"Theirs nothing to choose, your honor" sunmi said as she smiled and looked back at jungkook as jungkook snapped his head at them

"We would choose dad over anybody else" eunwoo grinned at the judge who couldn't help but smile back

"We would choose dad forever" sunmi said as jungkook couldn't help but cry loudly as taehyung hugged him, his own tears falling down his face

"So as per the laws, jeon sunmi and jeon eunwoo are legally jeon jungkook's children" the judge said as he hit the gavel

Sunmi and eunwoo ran to hug their dad who quickly detached from taehyung and picked his children while peppering them with kisses.

"We love you dad, very much" sunmi and eunwoo said in unison as jungkook couldn't help but give a smile as them

"I love you too, kids" he said as he got up and everyone started to get out of the court.

"Jungkook, you go, i need to talk to someone" taehyung said as jungkook quirked an eyebrow but shrugged and nodded

"Let's clear some thing, hana" taehyung said as he cracked his knuckles
