Queen Matilde's P.O.V.

We are currently waiting for Ellie, Jamie and Lottie to arrive back for the summer ball. I'm excited but I can't help thinking about last time they were here and the huge disaster that was caused. By the end of the week the entire staff and possibly kingdom knew about the parzian in love with his princess fiasco and poor Alex has been researching to find out whether it is possible for it to happen. Ever since Lottie hugged Jamie in the hall he had decided that Lottie would never love her suitor while Jamie was around so he set out on a mission to make it possible. Anyway, while he was doing that I was greeting the kids and I needed to talk to Lottie about valentines day. I knew that her and Jamie probably didn't get through valentines without a kiss taking place but I could be wrong.

Jamie's P.O.V.

"Lottie I need to talk to you about something. About in the woods."I said quietly so no one else could hear because although Ellie looked like she was asleep I knew that she wasn't really.

"Oh right yeah.That might be a good idea."She whispered back.

"I think don't tell the king either way and don't tell the queen unless she asks. Good."

"That's probably a good idea considering what happened last time."

Ellie's P.O.V.  

I couldn't hear anything they were saying. Jesus Christ Jamie just let me listen to your conversation. Ok that sounded weird. Moving on. Soon we were at the palace and my mum greeted us at the door so I knew she wanted to talk to someone. I was quite put out when she told me to go upstairs while she talked to the others about something. Rude Mother. Just Rude.

Lottie's P.O.V.

As soon the queen asked Ellie to go upstairs while she talked to me and Jamie I knew it was about valentines day. And I was right.

"So Lottie, Jamie I just wanted to ask you if anything special happened on valentines day to you. Don't feel you have to answer but it would be nice." me and Jamie looked at each other and I nodded my head discretely featuring for him to tell her. Silently, I took his hand telling him that it's alright as I know that he doesn't always like to deal with deep emotions.

"As a matter of fact yes something did happen but you will probably be mad at us."as he said it he looked so uncomfortable so I took over to spare him the embarrassment of saying it.

"What Jamie is trying to say is that yes we did kiss on valentines day. I hope that that answers your question." I try to say it with as much confidence as possible but I don't know if I managed it or not.

Instead of reacting like we thought she would she just smiled and walked away. I turned to Jamie and he looked as confused as me. Neither of us said anything we just walked away to Ellie's room hand in hand hoping no one was watching.
