Chapter 3

"tomorrow" his word was fast that it seemed you might've misheard it or missed it, but at the same time it was sharp enough to wipe that smile off your face.

"tomorrow?" you questioned again

"mhmm" he said while looking down at his hands then looking back at you "I'm sorry I was being really clingy towards you for the last few days. I just wanted to have good quality time with you before I left."

For some reason you felt like a complete idiot and hated yourself for not being considerate enough towards Jimin. You were too busy trying not to gain people's attention but you ended up getting that anyway. He'd never do anything without a reason.

"when are you coming back?" that question unintentionally left your mouth and no matter how softly you had said that Jimin had clearly heard you.

'"chsshh I haven't even left and you're asking me when I'm coming back? You miss me already? do you want me to not go. I won't if you say so" he said looking deep into your eyes

"Are you kidding me this is your one and only chance why are you bringing me into this? I wouldn't mind being friends with a person who's famous" You said looking elsewhere while mumbling the last part but Jimin clearly heard you

"aish this little....he grabbed your whole body and tackled you down tickling you on your weakest spots making you burst out in laughter "STOP!! I'M NOT A BABY ANYMORE" you said in between breaths.

You both ended up lying on the bed beside each other looking up at the ceiling of your room

"make sure you work really hard and don't give up"

"hmm"

"or else I won't allow you to come into this house and I'll disown you"

Jimin turned to look at you when you said this and ended up laughing

"anything else?" he asked

"make sure to eat lots of healthy food, it doesn't matter if you partially eat junk food as well"

"sure"

"stay healthy and don't get sick"

"I'll try"

"you can call me if you ever feel down or if you need someone to talk to"

"only when I feel down?" he asked facing you

"ok fine you can call me whenever you want"

"that's better" he turned his head back to the ceiling

You kept quiet thinking what else to advise him on when you finally got it; his weakness "And yeah, don't let those cloudy thoughts of yours take over your mind" you said placing your finger on his temple while facing him. He smiled at that.

"and make lots of friends" you eye smiled at the end removing your finger from his temple

"isn't that something I should be telling you?" he asked getting up

"please! I know how to make friends" you tiredly let out sitting up as well

"oh really? Name one that you made without my help" Jimin was all up for the competition

"we-...her...ss..uhh..okay fine you win" you said sulking "but that doesn't mean that I'll be all alone when you leave. I'll learn how to deal with it....everyone does"

"I'm kind of offended at that statement" Jimin pouted while placing his hand on his chest "but I really do hope you get along with at least one person in this school.......because they don't have a problem...you do"

you saw the playful sparkle in Jimin's eyes and you went all down for it. You picked the pillow from behind you and hit him but he defended himself with your other pillow and both of you ended up having a pillow fight. You didn't realize how long you two had been messing around laughing, fighting and chasing each other with the pillows in your hands until you heard a car horn outside

both of you stopped and looked out the window to realize that your father was finally home that's when Jimin looked at the time and started to breathe slowly and fix his clothes and hair

"that's my cue. I need to leave" he said while placing the pillow back on your bed on its place.

You were sad all of a sudden it was written on your face. Jimin approached you and gave you a hug and you hugged him back "I'll miss you" you said placing your head in the crook of his neck. Taking in the smell of him until the next time he comes around and you didn't know when. You didn't hear him say anything and you didn't mind you'd rather stay like this for a little while if this was the last time you'd be meeting him. But that's what you thought

"hey" he tapped your back "quit with the farewell drama you're coming to drop me off to the airport tomorrow"

"hm?" you asked your mouth still muffled in his shirt.

You pulled back only to feel more embarrassed when you saw that big ass smile on Jimin's face that would literally hide his eyes "my baby really does miss me already ahahahhahaha" you punched him on his chest but that only made him laugh more.

You stood there serious trying not to blush from the embarrassment. I mean who'd be embarrassed by their best friend that they've practically grown up with? Well you. Because of his annoying actions. He knew very well how to deal with every emotion of yours. He was literally a big brother that you could've never asked for but was blessed with anyway and you loved him.

"make sure to be ready at 11:00 in the morning my flight is at 2:15 got it?" he said picking his bag up and swinging it on his shoulder "well I'll just tell your parents because I don't trust you with remembering anything" he said and quickly gave a kiss on your cheek which took you time to process what happened "bye" he said while leaving your room and waving back at you.

"bye" you said slowly still having a confused expression on your face with a little frown and pout "what was up with that kiss?" you asked yourself while stretching your arms back and yawning.
