Chapter 8

Jimin took you to his company building the next time you met him and he introduced you to his band members and his staff. And to your surprise they were all very friendly and welcoming. You enjoyed your time with Jungkook the most as he was amazing at teasing Jimin and shutting him up when he would exaggerate about himself. You had a great time chatting and enjoying their company as they told you about their experiences and dragged Jimin down whenever the chances they would get. In short they made you feel comfortable and at home. It was surprising how easily you got along with them and this was all due to Jimin.

It was time for you to head back to your hotel before you would get into trouble by your teachers. Jimin walked you out of the building after you bid the guys and the staff members goodbye.

"So when's your flight?" Jimin asked folding his arms. His smile never leaving his face

"Thursday" you replied

You thought twice before asking him but before you knew it, your thoughts came out of your mouth in words

"umm....Jimin would you come to see me off at the airport?"

The old Jimin would without hesitation say yes but of course now the Jimin you came to know has different priorities and things he needs to take care of especially his reputation.

His smile slowly disappeared from his face as he looked at you "uhh...I would love to, to be honest but....my schedule's a bit tough and uhh....it's not easy for me to be at the airport with yo-"

"it's ok I understand" you cut him off and smiled. His eyes showed a bit sympathy and he obviously felt bad for turning down your favour but being an idol wasn't easy and you knew that "i'm serious, it's totally fine. I guess I asked a bit too much from you"

"(y/n)...you know I wouldn't-"

"I know" you smiled, squishing his arms slightly. He wasn't sure what to say so you carried on the conversation for him "I guess this is the last time we're meeting before I leave Seoul"

"you've grown so much (y/n)..." you were taken aback by his statement, not sure where this came from.

"umm..." yep you were blank, Jimin lightly chuckled at your cute response and brought back the original topic

"if you want I'll talk to my manager for taking out the time for you.."

"no it's seriously fine besides I came under my school privilege so it'll be safe. Also I don't want you to be crushed under thousands of fans" you said smiling brightly

"ah that's so sweet of you" he said unfolding his arms as you let down your hands from his arms. You both ended up laughing

"so..until next time.....Park Jimin of BTS"

"wow that just sounds so much different coming out from you" he said making an annoyed face which made you lose a laugh

"come here" Jimin pulled you into a hug "call me when you reach there alright, oh and also let me know when you board on the plane"

"okay" you said rubbing his back.

A part of you didn't wanna let go and just stay here with Jimin but you clearly knew that wasn't possible. It just felt as if yesterday you wanted to come to Seoul so bad to meet Jimin and now you're returning already the time flew by way too quick. Even though you still had two more days in Seoul but this was the last time you were meeting Jimin as his schedule was already full for this and the next week. It would be difficult for him more like impossible for him to spend time with you. But in anyway you were still happy that at least you got to meet and spend time with Jimin when you had no hope in meeting him.

You both let go and looked at each other the last time before you make the first move.

There was so much you wanted to say to him. But you guess this wasn't the right time or place to do it and Jimin was finally living his dream. It made you more than happy to see him happy. You were glad that he was loved and cherished by millions of fans. His smile and even just him brought ease to you and it helped your anxiety before going back into your hell hole.

"bye Jimin, take care of yourself" you walked back facing him, flashing him one of the brightest smile last time and waving at him before you turn back

"bye (y/n)....remember what I said right?" he waved back chuckling to your smile

"yes!!" you called back

"take care and have fun in school, make your last semester the most memorable"

"of course" you looked back at him one last time and waved rapidly at him before you would run across the street and down the road, he threw his head back laughing at your actions he found it extremely cute, while you found his cute laugh extremely endearing.

'Of course he would think my year would be most memorable....let's keep it that way' you smiled to yourself while walking back giving him one last glance until you disappeared from his sight.
