NOMURA WAS NOT a fan of mind spells.

At all.

Granted, it was probably all the mind games played on her and her kin in the Dark Lands by Dictatious and Gunmar, but the fact that Draal was the closest she had ever gotten to a Hallmark Moment (so she's a sap, sue her) only exasperated matters and the fact they had already talked him through the risks and everything else that may happen did little to calm her.

Nomura gave Strickler an earful until he learned this plan wasn't even his-- it was Claire Nuñez's. This temporarily subsided her anger... mainly because she didn't realize how much of a conniving bitch Nuñez could be and it was a damn good plan for such an inexperienced battle strategist. Then again, Nuñez didn't plan battles, she planned elections (Walter insisted they were the same thing).

After hearing this, wanting Draal to be as convincing (and safe) as possible, she gave her own input, including the advice that they make Draal go human now and train him.

A lot.

As in as hard as they did the Trollhunter and his little friends.
