A/n: Because I've seen people confused, this is one of the filler eps :)

"So... who did you meet?" Shikamaru asked as I laid back down, I frowned and turned on my side to see he had already moved himself, so he was facing me on his side.

"Why?" I asked the boy who was frowning, I smiled and poked in between his eyebrows, "Stop frowning, you'll get wrinkles, also I was just meeting Jiraiya and saying hi to Naruto."

"Why?" he asked, I tried to read his expression for something but just found that protective expression.

Probably best to tell him now before he finds out from someone else.

"It was just for work. He and I have been working together for a while to figure out more about the Akatsuki because it was also my watch for the Snowflake Guardians," I told him as we watched Naruto, Sakura, and Kakashi all left the village together. Wonder what that's about.

"Should you be telling me this?" he asked me as I pointed my gaze back at him.

"Probably not but I could see you weren't going to lay it off with a simple 'I can't tell you', plus I don't want to hide something that could end up being my ending," I told him with a slight shrug. He stiffened at the last few words of my reason and pulled me into a hug... kind of...

"It won't be your ending because I told you already haven't I? I'm going to protect you, you won't die," he told me as he rested his head on the top of my own and I was stuck staring into his chest.

"I know," I nodded, "I'll protect you too, pineapple head."

"Pineapple head?" he questioned. I looked up at him and smirked before reaching around and pulling his hair lightly.

"Your hair looks like a pineapple," I told him, he squinted at me before laughing.

"Weird girl."

A week later_

"I'm on a mission, finally on a mission," I hummed to myself as I walked down the road to a village near the Hidden Rain, "should I take a look in there as well..?"

I saw the metallic structures and shook my head. I've been in the village before and I hated it, I'll only go in if it's necessary.

"Ice clone," I muttered. A block of ice formed and then turned into me.

"Go and investigate the Hidden Rain, melt if anything dangerous happens," I told myself, it nodded and then went in the opposite direction to myself.

Eventually, I reached the village and looked for the guy who hired me but couldn't, so I asked around.

"Sorry, there's no such man here," an old lady replied with a pitying smile. Did I get deceived?

That's weird.

"Guess I'll get a hotel and rest then leave in the morning then," I shrugged to myself before noticing a little boy was trailing me. Turning down an alleyway I stopped and looked at the boy.

"Who are you? Why're you following me?" I asked him, he smiled innocently as me and then started growing. Moments later, in front of me was a man wearing all black, a bandana hiding half his face and the Hidden Rain headband on his forehead along with a piece of material tied around his waist with a scull with a cross going through it. I instantly went into a defensive stance.
