"It's Elizabeth," Tony said, "it has to be."

"It could be Killer," Steve argued, "I mean, we haven't exactly kept Lydia being alive a secret!"

"Elizabeth was there in both realities and was pissed at Lydia in both, and I mean think about it! The Mikaelsons had been 'hers' for like ever and now Lydia's there and they love Lydia more than they love her because Elijah won't get back with her," Tony replied.

Steve sighed and put his hand on his face as he stared at the table and thought things over.

"What are we talking about?" a voice asked.

Lydia turned around and saw a boy in a red and blue spider man suit.

"Bruh! You're spiderman!" Lydia smiled, "why have I not met him yet?"

"I've been home and at s-"

"Why are you not in school?" Tony asked.

"... It's Saturday."

Tony sighed and put his hand to his face.

Lydia looked up at Nik.

"What do you thing, my love?" She whispered.

"We have to take both of them down anyway... Whatever one you want gone first we'll go for, love," he whispered back.

Lydia nodded.

"We go after Elizabeth first," Lydia announced, "then we take down Killer."

The others nodded in agreement.

"We'll start tomorrow," Lydia said, "I'm so fucking tired."

"Language..." Steve mumbled.

"Did he really just say that?" Tony asked with a chuckle.

"Old man Steve," Lydia chuckled.

They all laughed.

"Okay," Lydia said finally, "the Originals and I are gonna go home and get some rest before tomorrow."

"You're staying with them now?" Tony asked, "Figured you and Cap' would want to cuddle on the recliner again."

Lydia glared at him, "I'm going to Mystic Falls. I'll call if shit hits the fan."

Tony chuckled and nodded in response.

The Originals disappeared.

Nik and Lydia stood in their room.

"I can sleep somewhere else if you want..." Nik whispered, lowering his head.

"No," Lydia replied, "It's your room... and I- I need you."

Nik looked up at her.

"You're the place I go when my mind searches for peace," Lydia told him as she lowered her head.

Nik smiled before picking her up and carrying her to the bed and crawling in and cuddling up to her making her laugh.

After a while of laying together Nik began speaking of when they weren't together.

"I hear you went a little nuts," Nik whispered.

"Well," Lydia sighed, "vodka was easier to swallow than the fact that you'd never want me back..."

Nik sighed and pulled her closer, kissing the top of her head.

"I love you," Nik mumbled.

"I love you too," Lydia whispered, "now go to sleep. Big day tomorrow and all."

Nik smirked and nodded.

Lydia woke up the next morning and Nik was gone. There was a not on his pillow. She picked it up.

'I have your precious Niki... this is my family, Lydia. Not yours. Anything that happens to him is your fault...

-Elizabeth'

"FUCK!" Lydia screamed.
