Lydia stood in the woods with Balthazar. She looked down and she was dressed and cloaked as if she lived far, far back in the past.

"Have fun running through time," Balthazar smirked before disappearing.

"So much for a guardian angel," Lydia mumbled before forcing her hair back to red.

A small boy walked up to Lydia.

"Who are you?" he asked.

Lydia looked down at him

Lydia looked down at him.

"I'm Lydia Marin," She smiled, "who might you be? A King perhaps?"

"Niklaus Mikaelson," the boy introduced himself.

Lydia smiled at the boy.

"Well, little king, where do you belong?" Lydia asked him.

Nik grabbed her hand and led her through the woods to his family.

The other children saw Nik running their way with a woman behind him.

"Nik!" They smiled.

Mikael and Esther came their way.

"Uh-oh," Nik whispered.

Mikael and Esther were whispering to each other about Lydia.

Lydia and Nik walked up.

"You must be the second Lydia Marin," Esther said.

Lydia glared at her and nodded.

Mikael smirked.

"What is your interest in our children?" Mikael asked.

"Found Niklaus in the woods alone, figured someone should watch him since you don't seem to be," Lydia replied.

Mikael clenched his jaw as he felt someone in his head. He stared at Lydia who smirked and raised an eyebrow.

"Don't worry," She said, "I won't be here long, just browsing."

"Browsing?" Esther asked.

"Oh come on Esther," Lydia chuckled, "you made my kind, you are fully aware of what we can do with time. I mean once you changed the original four they went to the past and just built themselves on time travel. I'm just passing through, having a bit of fun."

"You're just like the first, aren't you?" Esther asked.

"No? I don't even know what the first did, I'm just here to look around and see what's changed."

Mikael and Esther exchanged a strange look and then looked angrily at Nik.

Lydia looked angrily at both of them.

"For every time you hurt him in any way, I'll do worse to the both of you, "Lydia's voice circled in their heads.

Lydia felt something in her stomach like she was being pulled away. She kneeled down and looked at Nik with her hands behind her back as she crafted something.
