Chapter 15 - Landing Hits

Don't pity.

I thought to myself as I looked away from Eren's weak body. His dark fur was ripped and he was covered in scratches due to the silver chains and shackles bounding him to the stake. Erwin sat himself on the throne as Hanji and Petra stood by his side. Once he was fully awake, he struggled and tried to break the chain but his movements only made his pain worse. A whimper falls out of his mouth as he slumped on the ground. I couldn't help but pity the poor creature.

"It's no use. Those chains are doubled and very thick. You wouldn't be able to break them in your current state." Erwin said while closing his eyes. Eren growled and had a glint of hatred in his eyes. "Now, before we start, we're gonna have to have you turn back into your human form." Erwin looked over at me with a straight face. I nodded back at him and walked up to Eren's face. His green eyes narrowed at me, I frowned at him and kicked him on the side. Then again on his back, making him snarl.

I stomped on his head, over, and over again, and even did my special side-kick on his face, making his blood travel down his neck. Eren lunged forward and opened his mouth, revealing his sharp fangs, but I grabbed his shoulders and kneed him in the face as a counter attack. Petra gasped from behind and was being held by Hanji. Even Hanji was looking away from us. My smashes and hits went on forever until Eren's head bobbed to the side as I held him on his neck.

Blood was dripping down his face, along with his injured shoulder that I opened when I kicked him. My eyes glowed and my insides tingled as I looked down, blood covered my hands.

Oh god.

Petra froze as she stared at me with her eyes flashing a bright red color. She eyed my hands, covered in Eren's blood. Even Erwin was standing up from his throne and taking a deep breath. "Hmm.. What a wonderful fragrance.." He said as he blinked his red eyes. Hanji have him a strange look before looking back at me. My hands were shaking, his blood was all over me.. I licked my lips and took in the sweet scent of his blood. Eren's eyes stayed on me before finally falling hard on the ground.

Eren's POV

Levi started to beat me up over and over again. My body almost felt numb after all the hits he landed on me. I tried to bite his head off but he kneed me in the chest before I could reach him. Blood was all over me and splattered on the red rug that laid across the aisle. My face was covered in bruises along with possibly a black eye. He continued to kick me, punch me, and give me an uppercut. I couldn't even make out my surroundings for my vision went blurry. However, I could hear Petra's gasps and Hanji trying to calm her down from behind Levi. Erwin sat still, high on his throne, who seemed to be enjoying my pain and torture.

What the hell is wrong with these people?

My head bobbed back and forth, the last thing I could see was Levi holding his hands up with his eyes glowing red. His eyes made me feel uncomfortable, it was as if he was going to eat me up. To the side, I saw Petra and Erwin, who also had their eyes blaring at me. Chills began to run up my spine. I then felt my side hit the ground.

Petra's POV

"Eren?!" I gasped and called out his name but he didn't respond. "Why?!" I cried and gestured towards Eren.

"Princess, this is the only way we can force Eren back into his human form." He responded calmly. "Look." I turned around and saw Eren slowly shrink back into his human form. It... worked?

Eren laid there with his face covered in blood and worn out clothing that had smears of mud. Hanji let go of me and let me run up to him. I let out a sigh of relief as I placed my ear over his chest, he was breathing, just barely. Levi winced at the sight of me adjusting his muddy clothing, and clicked his tongue.
