Chapter 12 - Captured

Erwin's POV

I never thought that Eren was part of the Garrison Clan. He was just a young boy and seemed so innocent.. Our choice was wrong.. We shouldn't have released our presence back then. I should've been more careful and suspect Eren. How could I let my guard down? Is it because of this child..?

"What's going to happen to him?" Petra asked with a concerned look as we entered the castle.

"For the meantime, we'll keep him in the dungeons. He still hasn't returned back to his human form."

"That's strange.." Hanji said while poking Eren's forehead. "Shapeshifters usually return after losing consciousness."

"Hey, don't wake him up." Levi glared at Hanji.

Levi lit a candle as we trotted downstairs into the underground dungeons. While Eren was still unconscious, we put shackles around his arms and legs. Along with a chain around his neck that would hold him down. The material was silver, so if he made any sudden movements, it would cause pain. I lifted his wolf body up and dropped him into the dungeon. He was breathing softly and had blood coming from his shoulders. Hanji grabbed the keys and locked the metal bars as we stared at Eren's body.

"Ah~ When he wakes up can I experiment on him?" Hanji asked with a hysterical look on her face.

"No." Levi said sternly.

"I'm gonna have to ask him some questions about his clan. He is most likely with the Garrison Clan." I said while wiping Eren's blood off my shoulder.

"I-is it ok if I take care of him?" Petra asked shyly as she fiddled with her thumbs.

"No, it'll be too dangerous. Now that he knows you're a vampire, who knows what he might do to you." I said in a serious tone.

"B-but.. I don't think Eren is like that. He was very nice to me as a person.. Even though we just met.." She started to blush. That made me lift my brow and question her.

"Princess, you seem quite fond of Eren. Why is that?"

"N-no! I just feel bad for scaring him and hurting him so I wanted to at least treat his wounds.."

"Hmph. Even if he treated you kindly as a person, he may have had a change of heart." I gave Petra a long look before closing my eyes. "Let's go." They all glanced back at the dark wolf before following me up the stairwell and up to the main hall. I dismissed everyone back to their rooms and head back into my own bedroom. My uniform was dusty so I decided to change back into my formal clothes. As I took off my robe, I caught a whiff of an amazing scent. I froze and saw that the alluring scent was the stain of Eren's blood on my robe.

A Shapeshifters blood? No way. How can I be attracted to such a thing? I refused over and over inside my mind but my body was taken over by the scent. My eyes began to glow their deep red color, my breath quivered, I pulled the robe up to my face and took in a deep breath. His blood smelled sweet and seemed to be very pure. I wanted him now.. To lock him in my arms and take in his sweet blood. This is too much.

Eren's POV

I remember pinning him down. I buried my claws into his shoulders causing him to let out a groan. His scent was familiar, my hatred for vampires made me want to claw him right there and now but something was holding me back.

Then I felt arms wrap around my stomach and flip my body off towards a tree. My shoulder and back area bounced off the tree and made me hit my head hard on the ground. I saw the vampires slowly stand up, revealing their faces by removing their hoods.

Blood was dripping down from my head, my vision was blurry. All I could make out was their appearances. A tall muscular blonde, a petite body with brown hair, a loud girl with glasses, and a short, raven haired one. After that, everything went black.

My head was spinning as I lifted my head up, I seemed to be in some sort of underground dungeon. I looked around the room, searching for a guard to ask where I was but nobody was around. How was I captured? Argh, I don't remember anything after I the vampires hit me. Damn it! Wait, why am I still in my wolf form? Well, whatever, it's been awhile since I last shifted. I tried to stand up but a burning sensation went through my arms and legs making me snarl. There were silver shackles around my arms and legs. Even a silver chain around my neck. 

I sat down slowly, trying to prevent the silver from burning my fur, but even though I was still, the silver continued to burn. The chains were tightened due to my sudden movements from earlier. Soon, it reached underneath my fur and made marks on my skin. Dried blood was on my forehead, my body was all dirty, there were scratches on my face and a huge scar on my shoudler that continued to bleed. I hope they haven't found my clan.. Did they capture anyone else? Could they be hunting us down? First, I need to figure out a way to get out of here. Maybe, if I could endure the pain, I could barge through the bars.. No, they were silver bars. That wouldn't work.

As I moved my tail back and forth, trying to relax more, I heard footsteps come from the staircase. This scent was.. a vampire. A low growl came out of my mouth making the shadowy figure gasp. This vampire was covered by a hood and a long robe but their scent was familiar. My eyes were full with hatred as I began to bare my fangs at the vampire. I saw the vampire take a step back and a deep breath before removing their hood.

Well here's a really short one for now. Hehe, I know most people dislike Petra in their relationship but I'm gonna have to use her for a while.. So there'll be some more Eren x Petra.

Yes, Levi will be coming soon but they're relationship won't progress until after a couple more chapters. There's gonna be more annoying Erwin and Petra going after Eren. But then you know what happens after that.. If you know what I'm saying..
