Bills POV
Stan left me with Elena since he went to a job interview. He told me he was going in to be an authors assistant, I don't know what they do, but he seemed to be interested. I want to be an author someday but I don't know where to start. Elena was sitting with me on the couch.
"Billy?" She said to me
"Yes sweetheart?" I answered looking at her
"Do you love my daddy?" She asked me
"Yes I do very much"
"Are you gonna marry him?"
Stan was right, she's very smart for her age.
"Maybe one day"
"So will you be my other daddy?"
"Most likely"
"Can I call you daddy?"
"I would love you to, but we'll have to talk to your dad first" I told her
"Ok"
Time Skip
The topic came back up when I was laying down in bed with Stan and we just put Elena to sleep.
"Elena asked me if I loved you earlier" I told him
"Really, why?" He asked
"I don't know it came out of nowhere, she also asked if we were gonna get married"
"She knows a lot for a 4 year old" he chuckled
"Yeah I know" I chuckled softly as well. "She asked me if she could call me dad" I said softly
Stan looked at me wide eyed.
"What?" He said softly
"I'm sorry she just did!" I exclaimed quickly
"No no I'm not mad I'm just shocked"
"Oh" I said
"Would you want her to?" Stan asked me
"I mean maybe, but I'm not her dad"
"You might as well be. Sure you met her when she was 3, but we've been together for almost 2 years and you treat her like she's your own and she needs two parents in her life" he told me
"Would you be ok with it?" I asked him
"Why wouldn't I be?" He smiled at me and I smiled back
"You're adorable" I told him
"I know" he said and I laughed and so did he.
