As we were running it started to poor down on us, "what do we do!" I yelled stopping in my tracks I couldn't take this anymore this was driving me crazy, and why? Why us? What did we do that this had to happen to us. Layla stood there looking down the street. "Let's run to Tess well call are moms and say we are going too sleep over" she said quietly looking down at her now muddy sneakers. "We would half to take the long way there no way I'm walking down that street again" I said she nodded and we took off to Tess's house

We climbed up to her window on the side of her house and nocked hoping she was still awake. She trudged over to the window in her pajamas. "What? What is it?" She asked. "Can we sleep over we half to talk, now" Layla said stepping over the ledge jumping into her room. "Yeah sure my moms on a business trip so whatever, just call your parents" she said grabbing my hand to pull me in too. "Ok thanks" I said. I noticed I was actually shaking from what just happened I didn't understand why someone would do this to people and then made sure we knew about it what was the point? Layla and I called are moms and they said it was fine and then we sat in Tess's living room preparing ourselves to tell another dreaded story. "Should we invite the boys? They should probably know about this" Tess said, I nodded and she grabbed her phone to call Steven. "Dude it's like 12:00 what could you possibly want?" She out him on speaker so we could all hear. "Just come across the street!" I snapped "oh Alex hey sorry I'll be there in a minuet at least I will if I don't get caught" he whispered into the phone and then hung up.

James lived two houses down and came running to her house right after Steven. "What's with the sudden emergency?" Steven whispered taking a seat next to us in the living room. "Don't worry her moms not home" Layla said noticing his hushed tone. "We found another body... A women on eldgewood lane we walk down that street all the time it was defiantly there for us" I said Stevens eyes grew wide and James brought his knees to his chest. "So what is this stuff just going to keep being pulled on us? Why why us!" He snapped turning away, we all knew how hard this was for everyone but we had to stay strong. I thought about how Tess was at the diner and now James someone was going to slip up sooner or later and If they did more people would die.
