Everything was bright. even whit her eyes closed. opening them was a hassle, and it hurt looking at the empty whiteness around her. 'What... what happens' she thought as she placed a hand on her pounding head. it was hard to think at this state. her whole body aches. 'okay' she thought, not having the power to speak. 'My name ... y/n. I live in a town that surround the tree. the tree of feelings!' she was getting somewhere with the memory jogged as she got up in a sitting position.
She just had to find out what happen right before she woke up here. falling, a scream, someone getting hurt, Nightmare, being scared, wait... Nightmare! The name brought back many memories. good memories, peaceful one. Everything came back at once. Felix and his gang had followed after when she headed to the meting place with Nightmare.the old house. they corded her and began their hateful action. at one point Nightmare appeared. Y/n never wanted him to get dragged into her trouble with Felix more than he already was. He had hold her so many times while she cried her heart out, not having the power to stay strong any longer.
The next memories made her freeze. breathing fasted, heart beating and ears ringing tone was the only thing she could hear. she fell. she fell down the cliff. wind passing fast by her. an early shred that resembled her name was let out from Nightmare. she suddenly hit the rocky ground underneath. she remember pain for a second, then everything went dark, just to get bright and now she was her. The need of returning fueled her body and he rose fast on her feet. not carrying over her acting body protest.
Here eyes scanned the witness, looking for anything that could get her out and back to Nightmare. Y/n felt a panic attack coming as she saw no escape. she wasn't dead, right? this couldn't be the afterlife. forever wandering in this white video. Determination fueled her to see her friend again and she showed the panic attack away with a huff, before walking in one direction. this witness couldn't be endless, there had to be a way out, a way to him. her feet quickly began to take up speed as she began to sprint across the whiteness.
Her breath was heavy and she had to stop before she passed out. hand on knees as she tried to stable her breath. how long hat she ran for. seconds, minutes, hours, days, who even knows! tears began forming in the corner of here eyes. her hand shakes as she began to take shaky steps forward. Something in the corner off her eyes caught her stride. It was something with color, a circle, like a frame around a picture. cautiously moving forward made her see that the "picture" moved. the colorful frame move around in a swirling motion. a hand were cayuse reaching forward. touching it made her hand go through. quickly pulling it back made her realize it was freezing.
She had heard of portals before, maybe this was one of those. Looking down made her notice she didn't have the same close she died in. a jacket was over her so she didn't believe she would freeze if it really snowed like the "picture" showed. the little snowball town did look pretty peaceful. not having much other choices she took a few step back to get running speed before jumping inside the portal. moving through if and going face first in the snow. getting up and looking around made her realize she was correct. It was a portal.
The little town was early quiet. a strange grey powder was spread over the snow, the now you landed inn seems to be fine. clothing and belongings were shattered around, destroyed. one of the building here were even burning. Y/n did not feel good about this place, but this was better than the empty void. she got and searched for any living beings. there were slashes at some of the walls as she quickly scanned the houses. it seemed like the people living here left in a hurry or got killed.
What happened. it seemed like it was a struggle. she remember learning at school that monsters turned into dust when they died, and she really hoped the powder in the snow wasn't what she thought it was. were there any survivors, or were this town just wiped out? who, or what could have done this. Why would anyone want to do this. what was their reason.
A scream ripped through the quiet and made the female human jump. there were still people here, still someone alive, somewhere in this word that looked as empty as the void she came from. and by the scream made her believe whatever did all this was still her as well. her soul called out for her to go and help if there still was survivors. it may have been a dumb choice but she quickly, yet cautiously, made her way into the forest. towards the scream and the possible threat.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
