Reunion

Nightmare was sulking away in the gangs meeting room. it was a bit hall with a large table and far to many set for the five of them. large window with large banners handling between them. He had her, he had her again. it was not like first time when he thought she was a hallucination. he held her. the feeling of her pounding heart, chest rising and sinking as she breathed, the warmth radiating from her body, her lively eyes sparkling with life he had missed so much... she really had come back. But at the same time it confirmed his theory. no word was spoken form her end. the fear in her eyes was obvious. If he could just gotten some more time, just a bit longer to explain himself to her, tell her how much he missed her... how sorry he was.

Needing to make a plan on how to get her away from his brother so he could just have a chance to talk to her made him get lost in his own thoughts. a chance to explain himself. his mind was racing. both on how he could be so dumb to lose her again for what, the third time and plans to get a hold of her. He didn't want to scare her too much, but he couldn't promise with the other. one of the large door to the meeting room slowly opened before being shut harsh. He groaned but did not lift his head up form the table. "I got you something boss~" The purring gave it straight away who had decided to annoy him in his misery. Knowing Dust, he would probably not want what he was trying to give him.

"awe, but I thought you would like this one. It's something you really want~" What dust said was not the reason he shoot his head up, it was the tiny well known gasp. Nightmares eye widen. Dust was standing not long from the door, smug grin on his skull. one hand tight in a grip of a lock(?) of hair the other pressed a knife lightly on his hostages neck. those eyes, that hair, the tone of the tiny gasp, that skin color, Nightmare didn't have to think long before knowing who Dust had caught. her name quietly slipped between his teeth. "If you don't want it I can always-" "Give her to me" his voice was stern. he didn't want to go soft in front of the others right now. Being the tough boss full of negative emotions. Some of the sternness was full of anger by how Dust was handling her it.

Giving his boss a bored look before showing Y/n toward him and leaving. They was to far away from him to catch her before she hit the floor, quickly hurrying over when Dust left to help her up. She looked terrified but Nightmare couldn't find any reason to care, pulling her into a tight embrace. "it's you-" his voice cracked while a few tears of relief fell down as he couldn't finish his sentence. The hug loosen enough for her to look him in the eye. confusion and relief were mixed in her eyes. dread filled him again when former thought filled his mind. did, did she remember him? swallowing the lump in his throat before he manage to speak. "do... do you remember me?" He was relieved and a weird feeling ran through him when she softly smiled and nodded. tears forming in the corner of her eyes as well. he looked at her in shock before his smile grew. he began laughing and more tears fell from his eye socket and he buried his head in her neck while he pulled her back in a hug. it made his soul jump when he felt her hug back and small tears fell from her as she laughs with him.

"Nightmare... " her voice broke the silent after both had stopped crying and was just sitting in the embrace. Not imagining how a delight it was to actually her her again while he leaned more in to her. knowing she was alive by the beating of her heart. relaxing in the comfort of each other, just glad to be together again. "Hmm?" Nightmare hummed still trying to place all his weird feelings. it felt like the feeling was stronger and would just burst out of his rib cage when she was near. it wasn't an annoying feeling, it was relaxing and addicting. "What..what happened? when I... when I died, and after. Dream told me what happened to our AU, but what really happened. on that day on the hill ... and whit the tree of feelings" her voice broke in the end and he could feel himself freeze.

hand slowly going through her hair while a sigh escaped him. "This isn't the best place to tell that tale." She felt her soul feel by both the sorrow in his voice and from the thoughts of never getting what happened from his point. Nightmare rose up and hesitantly let go of her. looking up at him while he opens a portal and reached a hand toward here. "It may be best to go elsewhere." his eyes held no emotions. a blank canvas, but that didn't disturb her. reaching up to take his hand and follow him through the portal

looking behind her made her see an empty space of void. small amount of dirt, rocks, building and plants floated around in it. they stood on something solid that floated in the void as well. turning around made her gasp. a small clearing surrounded by woods. a small step down from the wood line there it could be easy to trip if you weren't paying attention on where you walked. a small stream came through some rock and ran through the area. flowers littered the ground of the all to familiar place. "Couldn't bear to destroy this place" her head jerked toward Nightmare as he spoke. looking in to etch others eyes. "Thought this would be the best place to not get disturbed while I answered your questions"
