"Mommy loves you so much you know that right?"

Allure took a big gulp of her favorite fruit punch drink while staring at me nodding.

"Well mommy and Rick... we really both want to spend so much time with you but we're having  trouble sharing. You know how that can be, sharing?"

"Yes because briana doesn't like to share her fruit snacks with me and I think she is very mean so that's why I asked you to buy me fruit snacks and pack me extra so I can share with everyone but briana."

I giggled at how smart my baby was. I had really created quite the angel and couldn't have been more proud. I knew I couldn't suppress this day for long but never in my wildest dreams did I imagine prepping myself for this conversation.

"Yes baby, that's the whole idea of sharing. Well we are going to go to someone to help us with this and they are going to get to decide who has you."

"Why mommy I want you."

"I know baby I know and you'll always have me. Mommy will always be here. But we have to work on sharing you and I want you to be a very big girl and understand what's happening and that... you have two families that really really love you. You like rick?"

"Yea .... but I loveeee you and I loveee Power and Gigi and Steph."

"I know baby. I know. But can we promise that you're going to be a big girl."

"I promise."

"You pinky pinky promise?"

"Yessssss pinky pinky promise."

"Okkkk give mommy smooches you adorable piglet." I smiled withholding the pain and worry.

"Mwuaaahhh."

"Ok so you're going to stay with Steph and your brother and sister. I will see you later okay."  I uttered kissing her forehead then laying back with her for a moment attempting to stop time.

Once I walked out front Steph was awaiting me.

"Babe you sure you don't want me to come. I feel like this is so important and you need me there. Hell I wanna be there for emotional support and just in case I have to tear that coward mother fucka's head off his shoulders."

"Baby no.... I really need you here with the kids. It'll give me a peace of mind."

Steph inhaled, placing his palms on my cheek as he guided me to look into his eyes. "I'll do anything for you baby. Absolutely anything. My only job is to protect and love you and these children. I can't fail at that or else I'm failing as a man or father. If me staying home brings you peace then I will. But I want you to know I'm one phone call away. You are my first priority."

"That means so much to me Steph. Honestly you have been my knight in shining armor and I don't know how I could ever find better."

"You can't I'm the best they've made and God say he only made one of me."

"Well boy did I luck up, getting such a handsome husband."

"Yeah if we ever get this wedding on the road, ima have to drag you down to the court house to become the Mrs."

"I promise you will not." I giggled kissing his face.

"I'm go hold you hostage. Listen, call me today to keep me posted. I need to know how everything going, bring my baby girl back to me... or ima be singing BABY COME BACK! You can blame it alllll onnnn meeeee."
