"Dad, I'm home" I yell from the entrance of the doorway as I situate my bag on the floor. I walk into the kitchen to find no one there.

I left Liam's house as soon as I landed the ground floor. I couldn't stay there. I said my goodbyes to the kids and walked out not waiting for Liam's arrival. He'll be confused as to why I left no doubt. Especially since it was my idea to watch a movie while we ordered pizza. The kids were sad, but I just conjured up a lie about my dad calling me back home saying that it's urgent. And they completely folded. They believed me. I'm not going to lie and say that I didn't feel bad because I did. I felt bad lying to them but what could I have done?

My attention is brought back to the present when I hear giggling and shuffling upstairs. I frown and take my phone out of my back pocket. I search my dads contact and call him.

"Blythe?"

"Hey dad"

"Are you okay? Honey I'm so sorry"

"No no dad I'm sorry. I shouldn't have been angry at you like that. I understand that it's hard to let go even if you've loved that person practically with all of your heart and I should have understood that"

"Because of Jackson right?" my heart clenches at the mention of his name.

"Yeah, exactly. Because of Jackson. So I should understand how hard it is to let go of someone you can't help but carry on loving."

"Thank you honey for understanding." I smile at our reconciliation.

"Dad, where are you?" I ask him.

"I'm out with a couple of friends at the pub. Why? Are you okay? Shall I come home?" I'm about to tell him yes when I hear more giggling upstairs. I frown deeper.

"Y-yes I'm okay and no you enjoy your evening. I'll be okay"

"You sure?"

"Mmm Hmm" I hum back feeling a little distracted. Could it be Leith with some girl? I doubt it.

"Okay well I'll see you tonight then baby girl"

"Uhh huuh Okay, Bye Dad. Love you"

"Love you too" and then the line goes dead. The giggling gets more louder and then I hear a shriek. That's it. I run up the stairs and listen for the sound. It's coming from my parents room. No, no way. She can't be home. I hate her.

Without a second thought, I barge into the room already knowing what I'm walking into. It's no surprise, but at home, in the bed my father sleeps in, really? How low can she truly get?

My mothers shocked face invades my vision as the man standing on the bed clutches the pillow to his manhood hiding it from me. I don't even want to know why he's standing on the bed.

"B-Blythe, what are you doing home?" She asks me while grabbing as much sheets as she can to cover her sinful body. I roll my eyes at the man before me.

"You. Out" I point to him then the door. "Now!" I yell at him and he scurries down, grabbing his clothes.

"No wait Preston-"

"Preston? So that's who you're fooling around with. Finally, the douche has a name" I say in a hallelujah tone. I look back at the man who is still naked but this time the pillow is replaced by his clothes. He looks like he's Leith's age, maybe even younger and that's disgusting. Absolutely revolting. "What are you staring at? Out!" I point to the door again and he runs out with his flat ass. I still keep my eyes locked on my whore of a mother. "Get changed and be downstairs in 1 minute" I order her and she bows her head in embarrassment. Good, she should feel embarrassed.
