Jughead and Veronica had decided to go back to his trailer to continue his tutoring and then later watch Casablanca and maybe binge watch F.R.I.E.N.D.S. if it was upto Veronica. She loved the tv series, and has seen it so many times.

"I know its small, and nothing compared to the place u live in..."

Veronica zoned him out. Right now she was practically homeless and any kind of place in which probably one could stay in was pretty decent for her.

"Jughead. I have been here before you know" she said as she raised her eyebrows at him.

"Yeah, but for the first time you aren't here for any business. You're here as my friend"

"Jughead. Your place is cool. Trust me. I feel at home already" she said as she gave him a reassuring smile.

He nodded and smiled."lets go to my bedroom,we can study there. Or if you want outside..." He said getting nervous at the last part.

"Anywhere's fine jug. Lets go to your room okay?" She smiled.

She looked around and saw somehow jughead has tried to clean this place up, but didn't succeed. Boys. She thought. She smiled as she thought that later she would help jug clean up. Otherwise this place will remain a mess.

Going inside his room, which was surprisingly cleaner than she thought, her first attention went to the small bookshelf jughead owned.

She went straight to the bookshelf, which jughead noticed ans smiled and went beside her as she ran her through different books and finally settling on one. As she pulled out

Jughead feigned shock "you call yourself a bibliophile and you haven't read this. I'm in shock Veronica" putting his hand on his heart

Veronica laughed"oh come on!"

"Here take it. Read it. Every addict should." Jughead said seriously.

She took it and smiled "i will. You have an impressive collection Mr. Jones. I especially love that you have war n peace"

"Hey!its a classic. That book is genius"

"Couldn't agree more" she smiled.

"Okay lets study shall we?" She said

"Do we have to?" Jughead groaned but still turned back and sat on his bed taking out his books.

She joined him, sitting next to him and took out her notebook to teach him how to do organic compounds reaction.

"Okay. Thats it. Im done for the day. If i learn anything more my head will explode" jughead said as he promptly shut his book

Veronica grinned "jug. You were just getting it. You shouldn't give up now"

"Nope. I have something else in my mind" he said as he got up and got 1 comforter and his laptop as they both got comfortable on the bed, putting the comforter over them and started to watch Casablanca as they had decided.

"Jug. Where's the popcorn? A cinematic experience is incomplete without popcorn"

He sighed. "You're such high maintanence."
He teased as he got off and Veronica followed him to the kitchen.

"Okay princess, lets go this. Get the butter. Ill manage the other stuff"

She nodded as she opened his refrigerator to take butter out and gave it to him.

After making popcorn they again went to his room, and watched the movie, this time with popcorn.

Slowly, unknowingly they had shifted close to each other while watching the movie, as the movie ended, they both realised how close they were sitting and looked at each other and abruptly scooted away, awkwardly laughing

"Well that's over. Now what?" Jughead said

He looked at the time and say that it was 7.00 pm how did time pass by this fast?

"I'm hungry, wanna order pizza and binge watch friends?" Veronica questioned

"You're asking me if i want food?" Jughead questioned raising an eyebrow

"Yeah, a stupid question" she laughed

"Its getting late though, wont your mother be angry at you for being this late?" Jughead questioned.

He saw her visibly stiffen.
"Do you want me to leave?" She said coldly

He furrowed his forehead wondering, whats gotten onto her?

"No of course not Veronica. I was just asking"

He saw her relax and the. She apologized"sorry, i don't know why I reacted like that. Sorry. My mom is ... Well she's still grieving,so she won't notice when im coming home anyway."

He nodded "its okay Veronica, lets order pizza shall we? And then we'll watch friends."

She smiled at her. He had started to notice her weird behaviour when it came to her mother. There was something she wasn't telling. But he won't push her. She will tell him when she's ready

They ordered 2 large pizzas, to which Veronica protested that they're ordering too much but then realises whom she is talking too.

"Do you think Ross and Rachel should really have ended up together?" Veronica questioned

"Well in a way, it was like Ross and Rachel were soulmates, destined to be together, as seen in all seasons, there's chemistry between them so yeah, they were bound to be together again"

"But if their relationship was really meant to happen, then ross wouldn't have married again, coz clearly he loved her enough to ask her to get married"

"But he said Rachel's name in the alter. Isn't that proof enough?"

"But then he did end up married didn't he?"

"Well, life's shit. Nothing really happens the way its supposed to be"

"Yeah, and i kinda wish Joey's feelings for Rachel could have been explored. The poor guy sacrificed his love so that his friendship with ross wasn't affected and then his feelings were ignored for the rest of the season."

"Truer words haven't been spoken. Yeah he was dumb, but still he was a great guy"

They continued watching the show for hours, arguing and debating on the various characters present on the show until it got late and jughead noticed Veronica has fallen asleep with her head on his shoulder.

he smiled and carefully laid her down on the bed and as he got up to sleep on the couch, Veronica had held his hand so tightly that he chuckled and tried, unsuccessfully to remove his hand but then gave up and laid down next to her and put the comforter on both of them and dozed off himself, before saying "goodnight princess"
