Adam: "Well well well, you survived. I could've sworn she said you bled out. There's a silver lining I suppose. It just means I can kill you myself and show Blake she belongs to me."
Y/N: "BLAKE! YANG! GET OUT OF HERE! I'll deal with him!"
Adam: "Like I'd let them esc-"
Just like that, Adam's punched in the face, cracking his mask.
Adam: "So you want to play!? Alright!"
He slashes his sword at you. You easily block with Svartur and counter, cutting up his leg. You release a boosted Getsuga Tenshou at him, but he seems to absorb it. In the middle of the chaos, Blake and Yang escape from a broken part of the church.
Y/N: "What's going on?"
Adam: "My turn."
You go to attack, but he swings first. After you pass him, you feel pain across your chest.
Y/N: "If not for my armor, I'd be a goner. What happened?"
Ddraig: "If I had to guess, he absorbs energy directed at him with his sword, similar to Yang's Semblance. He can then release it all at once."
Y/N: "Ddraig, can you repair the armor?"
Ddraig: "Yeah, but what are you gonna do?"
Adam: "You aren't going to do anything!"
He goes to slash at you, but you once again block. However, something is knocked loose in your clothing.
Y/N: "Ddraig, what is that?"
Ddraig: "It seems to be the box General Ironwood gave you after nearly being dead."
You kick Adam away and send him into a flaming pile of wooden beams. You take the box from your clothes and open it.
Ddraig: "I don't believe it..."
Inside the box was a small blue gem.
Y/N: "Ddraig, how did you not sense this?"
Ddraig: "It must be the box."
Y/N: "Makes sense. The Atlas Military must have created it specifically to hide the energy signature from anyone else who can sense it. You know what this means Ddraig?" You take out your gem and combine it with the new one, creating a gem equal in size to one of Ddraig's, but cracked.

Y/N: "I can't die yet. I've still got to protect everyone. For that, I'll take on the whole world."
Ddraig: "I like your resolve kid! Now let me show you my determination! I am the massive power known as the Red Dragon Emperor! We will survive this together as true partners! Y/N Rose, are you ready?"
