We immediately turned to the Queen when we heard the commotion then i accidentally made an eye-contact with the commander. I was shocked to see something beyond that perfectly hazel eyes of hers.. It seems longing.. But why would that happen.. I wonder. Then she immediately turned away. The voice of Octavia draw my attention to our small group. "I have to go guys. Indra needs me ill just catch up with you later okay? Just call me."She said." aawwwwwee whyyy but you just got hereee!!! " Raven whined." common Raven you know that's her duty. Don't be so melodramatic"Clark said with a giggle. Raven gave Clark a deadly stare and pouted. "its easier for you to say you have Echo with you all the time!" she answered. Clark immediately blushed and Echo just smiled lovingly to Clark. We saw the councils and servants stop hovering the Queen. Then the Queen and the commander left with their dragons." What happened to the Queen anyway? " i heard Clark and turned to her while she's looking at the commander and the queen slowly disappearing from the distance. She seemed in daze. "I don't know that's why I need to go. I'll see you guys later" said Octavia and immediately walked towards Indra. "Common Raven stop giving us that long face we're here to have fun" i said while pulling her towards me. "Atleast I've got to spend my night with you Ali" she said sadly. "hey what about me?!" Clark said. Raven turned to her and said "you're with Echo already!! You are no fun anymore!!" "hey! That's unfair!!" Clark said angrily. "life is always unfair!" Raven answered back mocking her. Then i but in "okay thats enough guys! Common lets not waste time arguing this nonsense." i said. Then lead them to the drinks and gave each of us a glass. "Cheers to finally having this opportunity to be with you guys again" i said holding my glass up. Then they smiled and raised their glasses also. The in unison we said cheers. The night continued as we chat and drink still waiting for Octavia to come back. We were able to get to know Echo more, she's the same age as us, she's confident and obviously loves Clark dearly. Raven asked them how they met and Clark immediately blushed because Echo was the one answered Raven's question for them. She said that they met during the time that Clark still a trainee doctor and she's a resident doctor already in the water nation's infirmary. She said that she admired from the start the beauty of Clark well who wouldn't though our princess is smoking hot. Then when she got to know Clark more she got more attach to her. It's no secret either that she's the former ruler of the sky kingdom people still gave us that stare but we are used to it already. Grounders accept as one of their own little by little. Though we still wore the bracelet that the queen gave us to assure the people except for Octavia ofcourse since she's now a warrior fighting along side of the queen. And at times the ice nation council took off my bracelet still under the command of the queen whenever ill work on the weather regulation there but other than that we wore the bracelet most of the time. That's what the rules implemented by the Queen. Suddenly flashes of familiar hazel eyes staring at me with worry, care, sadness and love? Disrupted my thoughts. I shake my head and look at the glass of champagne my God this grounder drink really is too strong for us. I think ill end up drunk tonight hopefully Octavia will allow us to stay for the night.
