maya here, this chapter is the random notes i managed to save of mollie's and next chapter will be the last chapter explaining mollie's start and end idea for the third and final book. i'm sorry i couldn't give you more of mollie's ideas. 😞

mollie's notes on the underwater "lab" and y/n's mom:

The woman that claimed she was Y/n's mom actually is her mom. DNA test proved. The woman buried was her twin sister. (Twins really run in family huh.)

The place where Y/n and Finn got taken to and Y/n got shot in the foot was an underwater "lab" in a way. It's an organisation working on science things and weapons. Doing defense training and everything. Y/n's mom lives there hence the room leading to a bedroom Y/n and Finn found.

It's a top secret lab as there like an undercover organisation. The lab was filled with bad people, people who were involved with Y/n's dad. The reader doesn't know anything about the other organisation but that's what Y/n's mom was investigating.

Y/n's mom shot her because she didn't want her to leave. She thought the underwater lab was top secret and would never be found but it gets blown up at some point in the story. (sort this out Mollie). (maya speaks: i was with mollie when she read this looking for inspiration to write, she chuckled to herself at this little note and i miss her so much 😞)

Y/n's mom lives. She's one of the few people that do though. Although she's working with Y/n's dad, she is captured and held hostage as ever she to pull Y/n out of the shadows. So they can kill her.

Y/n's mom wasn't always a part of the organisation. Y/n's dad left her for dead when he found out she was pregnant. So she gave Y/n to her twin and the twin brother was adopted by another family.

mollie's notes on the text from y/n's dad:

Y/n's dad: where are you? We had an agreement.

Explain this text somewhere in the story. Form Y/n's dad to Finn (explain who Y/n's dad really is at the end of the book when she finds out who her twin in.)
Finn received this text because he used to work for Y/n's dad. He was part of a gang/organisation that used young people to sell drugs for money (well I guess this was one thing they did. Maybe a cover story for what they were really doing. aka operation kill Y/n.) Young people got to keep some of the money. Basically a job.
Finn agreed to meet Y/n's dad not because of drug money but because he was going to give up Y/n's location and give her up to her dad basically (who wants her dead because she finds nd our info he doesn't want her to find our) But Finn didn't go through with it.

Finn came back to Jack's bunker bruised and beaten to shot because he went to Y/n's dad alone and didn't deliver his end of the deal. (Finn would get money and be relieved of his contract to Y/n's dad since he didn't want to work for him anymore). So the men with Y/n's dad beat him up. He escaped from them. They followed him and waited to pounce. Hence why they only get shot at afterwards by the man in black (Jack Anderson).

mollie's notes on Finn's dad and Y/n's "mom" (her mother's twin who's dead that she thought was her twin):

Basiclaly they were an item in college before Finn's parents got together.
They had a baby together (Finn has a step sister) but sadly it died at birth so it's buried in the cemetery Y/n's mom's twin (her aunt) is buried.
There's not much else to it.

mollie's notes on Eric:

Eric is a sketchy character that knew the guy in the black car. He's part of the same organisation of the underwater "lab". Basiclaly the good guys.

He doesn't go to the underwater lab very much though. So he doesn't die in the explosion. He's elsewhere but the readers will never know because it's not relevant really.
He knows Mary is dead and is just very angry now. Can't say I'm surprised.

mollie's notes on the ending of this book:

The ending is in Finn's point of view because of everything that's about to go down.

Basically, Y/n makes a connection to who her twin brother is after looking over the sonograms. Of course Finn knew who he was all this time, after all he was friends with him. (Mollie in case you're dumb and forget it's Jack, Jack Grazer. DONT FORGET AGAIN)

The end chapter will start off diff to that ^ that is just an ending idea.

Anyway, Y/n finds out Jack is her twin and Finn tries to steer her off that path because she figured it out (how did she figure it out?).

"All this time it's been him and I was oblivious to it. Finn, there are no pictures of Jack's mom pregnant with him. Heck he doesn't even look like his sister. How could I have been so stupid?. I figured it out. It's him."

She also figures out that Finn is working for Y/n's dad and the fact that he was looking very suspicious in the underground/underwater lab was because he was working with them. That's why he didn't get tortured or tied up like she was.

Finn panics and hits her over the head to knock her out. He wasn't suppose to let her figure it out, any of it.

He calls up someone (Y/n's dad but only the ending it will be this:

Finn dropped his weapon of choice and frantically thimbles around for his phone in his jean pockets.

"We've got a problem." He spoke into the device whilst staring down at the limp body in front of him.)

End the book on a cliffhanger. Good job Mollie, even more cliffhangers for your readers to hate you.

THE END

Now go think of book three.

maya speaks:

her ideas for book three are minimal so are posted in one chapter after this one. i'm sorry i'm not mollie and can't continue this story, it doesn't feel right for me to write it.
