Hansaem's POV

A few weeks had past. Nailabas ko na sa hospital si Karin. It's a big relief though. If you ask me kung sinong nagbantay sa kanya? Well it's no other than me.

I can't just feel relax when I'm away from her knowing she's in that kind of situation. Kaya pinagawan ko na ng paraan yung absents ko at excuse ni Karin kay sa butler ni Dad. Para walang problema sa school.

And since our school is the company sister of our business in the whole country. Hindi ako mahihirapan dun. I can catch up naman sa mga subjects ko if ever. So no worries.

Andito kami ngayon sa mansion ko. Medyo okay naman na sya. Yung mga marks and scratches nya ay naglilightened na. Pero kahit ganun hindi ko sya masyado pinapakilos kahit na nagiinsist pa sya.

"Master?"

I turned to face her when I heard her calling me. So I hummed in respond.

"Hm?"

She let out a small sigh. Why does every single and small thing she do makes her really look cute and adorable.

"Master nagiisip lang ako. Ilang weeks akong nasa hospital pero si mama ni hindi ko man lang sya nakitang bumisita." Malungkot na saad nya.

I smiled and stroke her cheeks. "She does. Di mo lang nakikita. Tulog kasi everytime na bumibisita sya. You're mother is really worried as hell kaya kahit busy sya ginagawa nya ang lahat para sayo. Ayaw ka nyang gisingin that time kasi napakapeaceful ng mukha mo. So she let it like that."

"Ganun ba? Si mama talaga. Pero namimiss ko na sya. Hindi nya ba ko pinapauwi sa bahay?"

"Well, since nung nakilala ko sya sa ospital palagi ko ng nakakakwentuhan ang mama mo . She don't want to make you worry for her pero since you have to know. Kailangan nyang magovertime ngayon para daw makabayad sakin sa mga nagastos sa pang ospital sayo. Although I insisted she's really persistent. Since she's working really hard. She told me na sabihin ko daw sayo na dito ka muna sa bahay magstay." I explained

She saddened. Seeing her like that made me pull her into a comforting hug. I heard her sniffs. "Si mama, she's always like that. Naaawa na ko sa kanya. Hindi nya dapat masyado pinapagod ang sarili nya e. Kaya nga nagpart time ako sayo para makatulong ako. Pero wala eh ganun pa din. Kahit ata saan ako magpunta I always get into trouble."

I rubbed her back.

"Shush. Mother is a mother. And you're her daughter. No matter what they do for their children they wont regret everything. Ikaw na lang ang nagiisa para sa kanya. Kaya ginagawa nya yung best nya para maprotektahan ka. You have a great and loving mother, you should have praised her not pity her, Rin." I mumbled.

I felt her relax hearing that. So I smiled.

"Tama ka master. Thank you." She said wiping her tears and gave me a small smile.

Not that smile pabo. I flicked her forehead. "Aww." She pouted. "Para saan yun master?" She said while rubbing her forehead.

"That's for smiling fakely at me." I complaint.

She blinks innocently. "Fake? Di naman fake yung smile ko eh."

"That's fake. Di yan yung smile na gusto ko makita." I retorted. "Give me the smile you used to show me before." I added with my brow raised upwards.

She then suddenly giggled and the smile I want to see showed up. That's it that's better. "Whats the funny?" I grinned.

"Y-yung kilay mo kasi. Ayan na naman sa pagtaas ng kusa. Hihi ang cute cute." She giggled even more.
