Kuro's point of view
Fire was let out on each corner of the battle arena as sho and Midoriya went on their respective places, they both looked determined to finish some unknown business they have.
They were both fighting each other for the second round while I fight tokoyami on my round.
I had kumori on my arms and we are both watching intensely on this particular battle. Whether or not they come up with a solution to their problems, I wish them the best of luck.
"The first match of the second round! At this year's sports festival, both have shown top class performances!" I heard mic said and kumori couldn't help but bark at the loud cheering.
"Midoriya! Versus Todoroki! It's like two great ribs fighting against each other! Now!" Mic started and they both went into their stances.
"Start!" Mic yelled and I could hear the voice crack on his voice.
Sho started with a large ice going in Midoriya's face and the little green haired brocoli countered it with one for all using his fingers which cause it to be damaged.
He managed to get through the ice and sho had to put up a barrier behind him to stop his body to flew backwards.
The air from his attack went to the audience as they complained on how cold it was, the cold air even managed to get to our seats.
Midoriya clutched his hand as his finger started to purple from what I can guess, I had a lot of experience with him being injured seeing as I sometimes help him heal up from his injuries.
"Wow! Midoriya stopped Todoroki's attack!" Mic said and the crowd recovered from the cold air as they cheered very loudly.
Sho attacked again with his ice and once again, midoriya deflected it with his quirk. I can tell that this is gonna be a cycle but how long can they keep this up I wonder.
Midway in the battle, kirishima came rushing in.
"It already started!?" He said and I looked at him and waved, he only waved back.
"Kirishima, good job making it to second round." Denki praised him and kirishima shyly smiled with a small almost unnoticeable blush on his face, do I sense love in the air in here or what?
"Yeah, I'll be up against you next, bakugo. Let's have a good fight!" Kirishima said with a smile as bakugo glared him off.
"I'll kill you" He bluntly replied and kirishima just laughed at him.
"I'd like to see you try! But man, you and todoroki can both shoot off powerful atta ks that cover a lot of ground. Like BAM!" Kirishima said and used his hands like Iida to make his statement.
"And you can do it with no time lag." Sero said in envy but it is true, both sho and bakugo are powerful.
"I'm not just shooting them off. Don't underestimate them. If you overuse your muscles, the muscle fibers tear and if you keep running you'll run out of breath." Bakugo said and I rolled my eyes.
"Just like you earlier, you strained your arms after using your quirk meaning quirks are like an extended physical abilities." I butted in on their conversation and bakugo didn't say anything or bark at me, well that's weird.
I started tuning out of their conversation as I focused more on the fight, both of them keeps getting slower and slower and sho's attack are getting slow too and not that much powerful now. I think he's reaching his limit and Midoriya, he's being reckless now. He's breaking his fingers to the point where I think it's too late to save it.
