Kuro's point of view
"All of the first-year events for this year's UA sports festival have been completed! And now, we will begin the award ceremony!" Midnight said as fireworks popped into the sky while having the crowd cheer as loud as they can.
The platform below me started to go up as I covered my eyes with my forearm. I waved to my classmates as they cheered for us, I looked over to sho and lightly smiled at him in which he returned.
I try to ignore bakugo and his condition as he made noises of discomfort. My friends chuckled nervously clearly embarassed for bakugo's behavior.
I was placed in 3rd place which Iida and I should be placed together, sho was in 2nd place and of course, sunshine was in 1st but he couldn't accept his win on his and sho's fight so they locked him up like that.
"In addition to Usagi, there is also Iida on 3rdr place. But he left early for family reasons. Thank you for understanding!" Midnight said and winked at the camera.
'Iida went home? Did something happened to their family? I hope its nothing serious though.' I thought as midnight made cute-sy and sexy gestures at the reporters at bay.
"Now we will award the winners! The presentation of the medals will, of course, be by this man-!" Midnight started then stopped to hear a familiar laugh. All the eyes in the arena followed the sound to reveal All Might as he jumped straight at the field.
"Our very own hero, All Might!" She finished as many people cheered for All Might as well as I who became very excited to receive a medal from All Might himself.
"I have brought the medals here!" He yelled while soaring through the sky as he rolled and landed himself safely in front of us.
"This first year's are so lucky."
"They've got the number one hero watching over them."
I heard from the crowd say and I couldn't help but feel disapointed at myself, sure All Might taught us today but I know for a fact that he won't last long and what did I even do to receive this wonderful moment I'm in right now.
"Now then. All Might please present the medals, starting from 3rd place." I heard midnight say as the number one hero only nod and took the medals then walked up to me.
I couldn't stop the smile that made its way up to my face when he placed the medal on me.
"Young Usagi, congratulations. You played wonderfully today." He praised me as I became nervous and started rambling.
"A-Ah thank y-you very much but I-I think I could've done b-better though its f-fine and I s-still have a l-long way to go so-" I placed a hand over my mouth as I realized I've said too many things that he probably didn't get all of it.
"HAHAHA, you're starting to sound like young midoriya over there dear." He laughed and I rubbed my cheek.
"Hehe sorry, I was getting too excited just by looking at that medal." I said and he picked me up and hugged me tight. Oof can't breathe.
He placed me down and ruffled my hair as I breathed in a lot of air thanks to his tight hug.
"Well good luck getting 1st place next time, okay?" He said and I smiled brightly and nodded at him.
He patted me in the back before the reporters made us have a picture together, I pulled out a peace sign as I showed my smile to the camera. After that he went to sho and gave him his own medal, I look over at the piece of metal dangling from my neck as I grasp it in my hands and squeeze it in my hand while thinking of my very first accomplishment wihtout anyone's help.
I heard loud growling and my head snapped at bakugo's direction to see him biting his medal while sho just looked down on his hand as the reporters took photos of All Might and bakugo.
After the event, the class decided to stay back a little bit mmmore later than they've plan just to hang out with each other while I am nervous as heck because I caught sho and aizawa sneaking glances at me.
Time to get real Kuro, it's time to tell the truth. They won't kill you, but they may possibly, probably hate you and abandon you and leave you for the rest of your life.
I staggered back as I bumped into someone, I took a step back and rubbed my forehead from the impact.
"Sorry about that..." I said and they turned around as I looked up to see sho, oh I wasn't really paying attention aren't I.
"You okay? It seems like you have a lot on your mind lately." He said and copied my pace as we walk through the hall.
"Well I'm physically fine and in fact I do have a lot on my mind." I said as I played with my hands trying not to look at him.
"Care to share?" He said and I stole a side glance at him then I stopped walking.
"Remember what we talked about earlier? That I'll tell you everything? Well I'm starting to regret saying tha-!" I stopped talking when he lifted my chin to face him but still I didn't look at him.
"Kuro." He firmly said and for some reason just hearing him say my name like that, makes my knees go jelly, makes me feel like crying, makes me feel like my heart is crumbling. Oh shoto what did you do to me?
"I-I s-sho" I said as my lips quivered just by saying his name, I could already feel my eyes filling up with tears. I looked away from him and wiped away the tears before he could see them.
"Kuro, look at me." He said and yet I didn't look at him, he grabbed my arm and made me face him as he placed his other hand on my cheek that I had to close my eyes.
"Please kuro, just look at me." He begged and I took in a big breathe before slowly opening my eyes. He looked at me with such eyes that made feel like I can tell him everything, that I could show him who I truly am, show him the things I've gone through.
He suddenly wiped the tears that fell from my eyes, he wiped them carefully as if I would break if he put too much pressure as I stared at him and with that thought I knew, I knew now, everything that I've felt about him before and even now.
I finally realized that I fucking fell hard for shoto todoroki and I didn't even care at that point that I just suddenly kissed him.
