Just as Alex leaned in for a kiss my phone started ringing and vibrating violently in my pocket. Alex let out an exasperated sigh as I giggled and freed myself of him. It was Seth.

'Hey Seth wassup?' I chirped and Alex picked up the luggage and dragged it into the bedroom with ease. I blushed at my sidetracked thoughts.

'So?' Seth asked from the other side of the line snapping me out of my train of thoughts.

'Erh yeah I agree!' I commented biting my lip and hoping it would fit in with the conversation I was not listening too properly.

'So you do think camel toe should be banned!' he exclaimed as I nearly choked on my own spit.

'What the hell! No...I...what...ew!' I gagged repulsed by what he had said.

'Okay so now that you're finally listening to me...how are you?' he laughed through the phone as shook my head smiling.

'Yeah yeah you caught me! I'm alright we just got to the cabin and still have to settle in...flipping heck it's seriously freezing!' I complained and he listened, chuckling every now and then.

'Hey Ani...' he finally spoke up as I quietened down to listen to what he had to say. I noticed I had been walking around the whole cabin through my conversation and was now standing the kitchen for some odd reason.

'If you ever need me...or there is any problem at all...you can just tell me and I'll be there in a heart beat okay?' he consoled me as I grinned at the phone even though I knew he couldn't see me.

'Of course I know that stupid!' I laughed lightening the atmosphere as he blew a raspberry. Psht! Immature.

'Okay I have to go but I love you alright bye,' he hung up the phone abruptly as a stood silent, happy that he had as I wouldn't know what to say anyway. It isn't that he hadn't ever said 'I love you' before, it was just the fact that I knew he meant it more. The guilty feeling in my gut surfaced again as I slumped into the sofa behind me, chucking my phone to the side.

'Pineapple you okay?' Alex sauntered into the room topless with a pair of low waist short on.

'Erh I'm...fine,' I muttered a blush lighting up my face as I avoided his heated gaze.

'Yeah I can see that,' he replied with a sarcastic comment and lifted me off the sofa bridal style into the bedroom. He put me down gently on the bed and hovered above me dipping his head down for a kiss. Eventually I put a hand on his shoulder and pushed back looking up at his clouded eyes.

'I need to tell you something Alex,' I gulped down my anxiety as we both sat up and he looked at me seriously.

'Erh I'm not going to stretch this out but you remember the time when we...what I'm trying to say is...'

'What?' Alex interuppted, clearly anxious about what the big secret I was hiding was.

'Well...I'm pregnant,' I whispered, bracing for impact by closing my eyes. Nothing...not a sound. I cracked one eye open to see Alex sitting strangely still.

'Come again?' he asked confused as I let out a sigh.

'I'm pregnant Alex you're going to be a dad,' I smiled as his whole face lit up like the fourth of July. He was twitching as if he was going to explode. Grabbing me by the shoulders I was lifted up into the air and spun around multiple times. He held my face in his hands and kissed me several times as I giggled at how happy he was.

'You have given me the greatest gift in the world!' he whispered, tears of joy threatening to spill through his eyes as he pulled me into him and enveloped me into the best hug I had ever received.
