Chapter 41 (Day at the Zoo)

We all stood outside the entrance to zoo as Seth and Alex went to get some tickets.

'So how did it go?' Steph turned me expectantly as soon as he boys were out of distance.

'Terrible we are breaking up!' I sighed shking my head and looking at the ground but keeping my eyes on Steph at the same time. Her reaction was priceless as for a second she actually fell for it then narrowed her eyes pointedly at me, realising I was only joking.

'Don't joke! Seriously how'd it go?' she enquired as I faked a dramatic sigh then recited the whole story to her from the part where I pushed him on his arse to the point where I cryed and we promised to get through it together. Steph was nearly in tears towards the end as I laughed at her and handed her a tissue from my kleenex tissue pack.

The boys came back and Alex cleared his throat behind me as Seth looked between me and Steph snapping his head back and forth.

'What happened? We were gone for one second and you made her cry! How could you be so careless Analise Pettyfer?' Alex scolded me as my lower lip quivered and Steph slapped him on the arm while laughing, as I used this time to compose myself. After a minute I whipped my head round to a laughing Alex and lifted my chin up registering his words.

'Analise Pettyfer haha not anymore! Keep dreaming!' I said haughtily and snatched my ticket from a confused Seths hand and strolled into the zoo heading for the dolpin show in the fast east corner according to the map I had got at the entrance.

Behind me I heard someone call my name but I ignored them and continued on through the treacherous wildlife terrain. People bustled around me as I pushed my way through the crowd. The zoo was unusually packed today as I kept referring to my map. Finally I encountered the sea life section and saw the board for the dolphin show starting in exactly 10 minutes. Excitement bubbled inside me as I took a seat in he front row, wanting to be as close to the creatures as possible. Dolphins were one of my most favourite animals! There were only 3 people present at the moment and I was one of them. The other two were instructors preparing the animals to conduct the show.

There was a boy with brown hair and beautiful green eyes. He had dimples and smiled lovingly at the dolphins, which responded to him extremely well. The girl seemed new as she struggled to get the dolphins to obey her commands. He peered over to her and then at the dolphn which caught his eye. When she was not looking gestured something and the dolphin jumped along with the girl in surprise and joy. I giggled quietly, but not quietly as the boys attention immediately snapped towards me. I avoided his gaze and cleared my throat taking out my phone so he didn't assume I was a loner. Good thing I checked as I had 5 pending text mesages from Alex, all muttering apologies and worried statements.

Pinapple I'm sorry I was only kidding pleaseee tell me where you are! I need to see you or I will die!

I am serious! I will actually jump of a cliff or something! Just reply! Atleast tell me you haven't been raped!

Okay now I'm on stalker mode! I will die! Pleaseee I'm going to find you...I will and when I do...get ready! ;)

The last message made my heart skip a beat as I instantly started looking around in paranoia, my heart beating faster then usual.

By the time I had looked again I got up from my seat to get down near the pool and headed towards the back of the venue in search for him. Suddenly my hands were pinned above my hand as my lips were met with his. I resisted at first then eventually gave in. What was the point? I lost all self control when he was around me anyway! He finally let go of my hands as I wound them around his neck keeping my eyes closed. He had a weird kind of material on as I fiddled with it between my fingers. Curiosity got the best of me as I pulled back to look at his full form and see what he was wearing.
