chapter 5

Jeongguk paced back and forth in front of his car. He was waiting for his son to come out of the school but he was also there to see if Taehyung finally came back to school. He did not get to see him in the morning and Jeongguk held himself back from asking the other teacher about Taehyung. He's a celebrity and he have to be careful of every little things.

"Woah. Jeon Jeongguk. Is that really you?" He heard a man exclaimed.

It was a rather short man with a very pale skin.

He politely smiled at the man and nodded his head.

"Yeah. I am." He answered.

"Wow! Jimin told me he saw you the other day but I thought my husband was just joking."

Oh! This must be Jimin's husband. Jimin said he was a fan.

Jeongguk remembered the conversation he had with Park Jimin.

He smiled at the man in front of him.

"Ahh! I remember. We chat for a while. I believe it was yesterday." Jeongguk said.

"I'm Yoongi. Min Yoongi."

They politely shook hands and carried on their conversations about basketball and stuffs.

The sound of children squealing pulled them out of their conversations.

"Oh! They're coming." Yoongi said, looking forward to the gate where Taehyung said his daily 'bye byes' at the gate.

Jeongguk smiled at the sight.

Taehyung is just so beautiful and he could not look away.

"So beautiful" he muttered but the man beside him caught that.

"Yes! I know right! Tae tae is so beautiful. He's my husband's cousin!" Yoongi proudly said.

Jeongguk remind himself that Yoongi is unaware of their history.

Taehyung and Jimin must hate me that much to hide me away from Yoongi who was obviously an important person to the family.

"Yeah.. he's also good with kids. My son won't stop talking about him." Jeongguk said, recounting all the times his son gushed about 'tata! The coolest teacher with the pwettiest smile in the whole wide world!'

"Yeah. I'm so glad for him and his husband. They are adopting a child soon." Yoongi said with excitement.

Jeongguk world shook.

Taehyung is married.

Taehyung is in love.

He's about to have a child with the man he love, who is not Jeongguk.

And Jeongguk couldn't do anything but held back his tears and watch with heavy heart but fondness spilling through. The scene he witness is just so adorable. His son, Jeonsoo being cuddled by the love of his live, Taehyung.

Jeongguk caught Taehyung's eyes from distance as Jeonsoo turned around to run towards him.

Taehyung smiled and simply wave at him as if he don't break his heart.

But Jeongguk couldn't blame him.

He was the one that left.

Even when those pretty eyes begged him to stay.

He put his arms out for his son.
And when his son giggled into his arms with an excited 'tata came back! And brought a puppy! Was the pwettiest puppy daddy!'
Jeongguk could only forced a smile a swallow his sob for the moment.
