Chapter 5 - Justinnn!

It's been three days since the whole AJ surprise (well I guess you could call it an audition) visit. These last few days have been crazy! AJ has been hanging out with us everyday, catching up with Jase and the two of us getting to know each other. I mean he is my boyfriend's cousin and my soon to be manager. He told me that it would take a few days before he has the contract sorted out and I am totally cool with that but I cannot wait for everything to start happening!

AJ is actually here right now watching cricket downstairs with Jase , while I'm chilling in our room. I decided to let them bond for a bit. Also, I'm not much of a sports fan which is quite ironic, since Jase is a pretty big fan of most types of sport ( soccer, cricket, tennis etc). AJ on the other hand loves sport ( 'Favorite topic and hobby, challenged only by music and directing' is what he had told me yesterday) , in the past few days I've learnt quite a lot about him and even though he is 5 years older than us - at 27 years - he can be just as crazy and immature as we can!

Hanging with him has been just like hanging out with Kyle or Justin and Lexi... Hey! I just realized that the last time I spoke to Lex and Justy was before we came back and met AJ! I never even tell them what happened - Lexi is going to freak out! I've got to phone her , but I want to see her reaction. I guess I'll just have to wait until I see her to tell her. I grab my phone, and dial her number.

Ring ring , Ring ring , Ring ri-

"Hello?"

Trust Lexi to answer the phone without checking who it is. I chuckle before greeting her back.

"Oh hey Ris, what's up?"

"Nothing much , I'm just chilling in my room , you?"

"Just watching a movie with Justin."

"Oh! I'm not disturbing a date or something right?"

"Oh no. We were just chilling same as you, plus we just paused it so the Jay
could go make us some more
popcorn."

"Ok then, well um I've got something to tell you, something huge happened... "

"What?!?!"

"Don't kill me, but you're going to have to wait until I see you for me to tell you and Justy."

And suddenly I'm hit with a loud scream of the word 'what', resulting in me having to move the phone away from my ear. It is then followed by the sound of my brother's voice "Babe? Is everything alright in there?" And then her reply, "Yeah, I'm on the phone!" Her voice drops lower so that she is no longer screaming but not by much, "But Risss! Why won't you tell me now!"

"Because I want to see your reaction," I try to reason with her, but I already know that that ain't going to be easy,"and don't worry, the next time Jase and I come - which will hopefully be tomorrow - we'll tell you both!"

Lexi sighs and then says,"Fineee , I'll wait! Can I atleast try to guess?" I cannot believe I actually thought that Lex would give up that easily , but she will never guess this ( hopefully , I don't want her to ruin the surprise) , "Fine Lex, go ahead."

" Umm , wait Rissa - Are You PREGNANT!!!!" Lexi screams into my ear. Wait ,WHAT! WHY WOULD SHE EVEN THINK THAT? HOW COULD SHE EVEN THINK THAT?

"WHAAAAAAAAT!?!?!?!?"

Except , that wasn't my voice, but the voice of my cousin. The next few seconds all I could hear was the rustling of the two of them and their voices as the fight for the phone. Gosh they can be so silly at times, "GUYYSSS! JUST PUT THE STUPID PHONE ON SPEAKER!!" Silence is heard before I hear Justin's voice once again. "Rissy, please tell me that I heard wrong that that dickhead never get you pregnant!" Dickhead?!? I can't help it, I start laughing as I reply, "Justin, don't forget that that 'dickhead' is not only you're best friend but my boyfriend too! "

Lexi joins me in my laughing, proving how well she knows me, knowing that since she is laughing she already knows from my reaction that I'm not pregnant. "How are you two laughing, this is serious! I swear to god - if you are , then friend or not that asshole is dea-" woah, I expected this from Kyle not Justy. "Justin, " I try to stop him, but he's not shutting up and listening to me so that leaves me no choice, "JUSTINNNNN!!!!!" I start screaming.

It worked in shutting him up, but it also succeeded in bringing Jase running into the room. I guess I kind of forgot the fact that I wasn't alone. "Ris! What happened? Are you ok? Is Justin ok?"

Justin? Oh wait I just screamed his name out. "Jase, everything is fine. Just maybe you should talk to your best friend," I reassure him, putting the phone on speaker before speaking once again," Justy, the umm Jase is here "

Jase gives me a confused look before sitting down next to me and greeting them like normal, "Hey guys. What's up?" I can't wait to see, well hear this - "What's up? WHAT'S UP? I'll tell you what's up , how the hell could you get my sister pregnant!" Jase turns and stares at me shocked before screaming out "what" just as Justin had done earlier, "Ris, you're - you're pregnant!"

I honestly don't know what to make of this conversation anymore but I kind of want to get back at Justin because he is so overreacting, especially since I never even confirm it yet. Hmm but I can't do that to Jase , not with something this big. I grab Jase's hand and squeeze it before shaking my head no, then I lean in and whisper in his ear, "Just go with it please." He has a confused expression on his face but still nods and gives me a peck on the cheek. Time to end this, "Justin! I can't believe you! Thanks a lot! Don't you think that maybe I wanted to tell him that I'm not pregnant!"

He gasps before he belted out,"WHAT? You never tell him ye-" The line goes silent as Lex and I start to giggle. "Wait- Ris, you're - you're not pregnant?" Finally! "No dummy! I never said I was!" "B-but Lexi said that you we- Owww" I laugh knowing that Lexi probably hit him on the head. "That's for listening in on my conversation and by the way I was just asking Ris." I still can't believe how mad he got at Jase. I look back at Jase and he has a silent grin on his face probably from those two and their craziness but he still throws me a questioning look obviously still confused. "Ok that's enough you two idiots, Justy I was telling Lexi that I have some news to tell you both so I'll tell you'll when I see you'll. Love you guys! Byeeee!"

I cut the call and I can't help but start laughing. A minute or two later when I am finally done with my mini laughing fit - I find Jase watching me with an amused grin. "Sorry it's just that Justin took it a little bit too far. " He grabs my arms and spins me, pulling me close so that he is hugging me from behind and is resting his chin on my shoulder. "Do I even want to know?" I laugh at his hesitant tone and start telling him what happened.

"I called Lexi up and told her I had news and that I'd only tell her when I see her. Well you know Lex, she insisted that I should at least let her guess and Justin kind of heard her asking me if I was pregnant." Jase once again goes tense and stiff. " Yeah Ris, umm why did she think that? I mean you - uh," Jase stammered out. I twist around so I'm facing him before responding, " No Jase, I'm not obviously but I don't know why she said that. Anyway if I were pregnant then you probably wouldn't be alive right now!" I start giggling at the end. "Justin?" "Yep, though it would've probably been both him and Kyle!" I start laughing and it's not long before Jase joins it with me.

"Hey , where's AJ?" I completely forgot about AJ until now, I mean he had been with Jase as far as I know. Also I wanted to ask him some stuff about my contract , like what I'd be doing afterwards and stuff. "Oh yeah he left a little while ago. He had an emergency to deal with , with one of his bands. He said to give you a hug and say bye. " Hmm that explains that then. I guess I'll have to ask him tomorrow. I look up at Jase smirking, " Well aren't you going to give me that hug then?"

He laughs and suddenly I am squeezed in a super tight hug and wrapped in the arms of person that makes me feel safer then I've ever felt before.
