Liza's pov
I scrolled through my Instagram to see David Dobrik had posted a picture. I love his page, he has a daughter called Lily, she's four and she's adorable, he always posts pictures and videos with her. I liked it and commented "so cute!!" Which he liked and replied to a couple minutes later.
We're both big on Instagram and YouTube, I may sort of have a tiny crush on David, he's just so adorable and he's such a good dad to his kid, you can tell by the way she looks at him, but David keeps his relationship status very down low, he doesn't ever post pictures of his girlfriend/ Lily's mom or put her in videos but he always puts lily in them. I hate to admit it but I'm kind of jealous of David's girlfriend, she got everything, he's funny, cute and their daughter is the cutest, she looks a lot like him but she has blonde hair. I'm never one to be so jealous but I just think he's so nice and real with everyone. I looked back down at my phone to see I had one dm. I opened it and soon realised it was from David. I instantly opened it up and began reading 'hey liza, I saw you've liked and commented on a few of my posts and I wondered if you wanted to make a video some time, me and lily love your content and we'd love to meet up with you' "oh my god!" I said out loud. "I'm totally down for that, I love yours and Lily's videos too, you're both super cute!" I sent back, was that too far? I called him cute "thanks, lily totally gets all her cuteness from me :), now about Tuesday at my place I'll send you the address" he sent "yeah that sounds amazing and, she had to get it from somewhere I suppose :)" I replied, he sent me his address and he also gave me him number, I saved it on my phone and a couple seconds later he called me "hey" I said happily "hey" he replied "what's up?" I asked "I was just checking you gave me you're number right and I wanted to say I'm pretty excited for Tuesday it's going to be so fun we're excited" he rushed "I'm super excited to meet you both too, I'm such fan" I replied laughing "your laugh is pretty" he said "thanks" I replied, He's being a little flirty but I push it away plus I don't want to just ask about so I suppose I'll have to wait. Me and David talked for a while longer and it got more relaxed, we then spoke every day until the Tuesday when I was going to meet him for the first time!

"Hey!" I said as I pulled up in the drive "Liza!" David said running up to me hugging me with lily balanced on his side "Liza!" Lily copied "oh my goodness you're even cuter in real life!" I said to her smiling she smiled and opened her arms out to hug me "aww, you're a good cuddler" I said to her "thanks" she replied resting her head on my shoulder "oh come in" David said walking over to his front door and leading me inside. He gave me a mini tour and lily stayed on my hip the whole time "she really likes you, she's usually kinda shy" david told me pointing to lily who was asleep on my shoulder, which was the cutest thing ever. "David I have a question but I don't know if it's too much or a sensitive topic or whatever" I said "ask me it's okay" he replied "okay so before I was talking to you I thought that you were still with Lily's mom but now I'm getting a feeling you're not or something, you don't have to tell me I just wanted to ask" I said hoping this wasn't too much "Okay well, I'm not with her mom and I'm very single and when lily was about one, her mom decided she wanted nothing to do with lily and she walked out on us, now she's in prison for drugs and stuff and I know she didn't have an easy life but it hurt a lot when she left and seeing lily grow up without a mom kills me because I can do most things but I can't do all the things a mom could do for her, I can't have girl talks with her, I'm awful at dressing her and doing her hair, when she's older I'm not going to know how to have like grown up talks with her, I don't know anything and it's just hard but we do get through" he poured "Aw David I'm so sorry I had no idea" I said, I moved to the edge of the sofa and wrapped him in a hug which felt so right. "Thanks liza" he said smiling "any time Dave" I replied "you want to watch a movie or something whilst we wait for her to wake up?" He asked "yeah sure" I replied. We ended up watching bird box which David surprisingly hasn't seen yet, as the movie went on we seemed to get closer and closer to each other to the point where I had my head rested on his shoulder and lily was still in my arms asleep. When we got halfway through the movie lily woke up so we decided to start filming. We filmed a couple of videos which were so fun as lily has the same energy as me when filming and it's so funny and cute to watch. After we filmed we went out for frozen yogurt which was even funner. "Liza look what I can do" Lily said as she put the biggest spoonful of yogurt in her mouth making me laugh "I can do that too" I said doing the same thing "me three" David said also joining. We laughed at ourselves "Liza is the best" lily said smiling "you're both even better" I said to them, lily sat on my knee for the rest of the time we spent eating and then we went back to David's place again but lily had to go to bed, I read her a book since she wanted me to and then me and David went downstairs and sat on the sofa "Liza" David said to me as I was leaning against him and he had his arms around me "I've never felt so close to anyone in so little time" he said "me too" I replied "David" I then added "yeah" he said "You're literally the sweetest and I'm so sorry about all the crap that happened with Lily's mom and I guess I kind of like you a little" I said, I was expecting him to disagree and say it was too soon but I was ready for it "Liza, I like you too and I know lily does so much, I'd like to take you out tomorrow night, me, you and lily" he said "yes yes yes" I said throwing my arms round his neck and hugging him, he put his arms around my waist and pulled me closer to him, when we pulled apart we kissed and it felt so amazing "I really like you david" I said to him "I really like you too" he said "why are you kissing?" We heard lily ask from behind us "lil, you're supposed to be asleep" David said to her "I didn't feel sleepy" she replied "come here" he said opening his arms "why are you kissing?" She asked again looking at me "it's what grown ups do if they like each other a lot" he said smiling "is liza your girlfriend?" She asked David "maybe she might be soon" David said nervously. "Liza please be my daddy's girlfriend?" She asked me "i think I'd like to be your daddy's girlfriend but we'll see, no rushing okay" I replied looking at David, he nodded and smiled "Yey" lily said wrapping her tiny arms around my neck "Liza is the best" she said to me "yeah she is" David replied, making me smile.

I've spent almost the last two weeks hanging out with David and lily and I've never had more fun in all of my life. They're both my world and even though it's crazy stepping into Lily's life, I've never felt more meant to be in it. "Liza" David said breaking my thought as we sat on his couch "yeah?" I asked "I'm really sure about you" he said to me "I'm really sure about you too, I love you David and I know it" I said to him, he smiled the widest smile when I said it "I love you too" he replied kissing me, when we broke apart we smiled at each other and I rested my head on his shoulder "be my girlfriend?" He asked "of course" I replied smiling.

"You may now kiss the bride" those six words, David pressed his lips to mine for a few seconds, it was perfect. Lily came back over to us in her light pink dress,
she wrapped her arms around our legs and we both leaned down hugging her tight, "I love you mommy and daddy" she said melting my heart, shes called me 'mommy Liza' for a couple months now but this is the first time she's just called me mommy and it was the best feeling in the world "I love you" I said kissing her head, David picked her up and we both kissed her cheek before we walked back down the isle. These two are literally my happiness.

"One last big push with the next contraction Liza" the midwife said "I can't, i can't do it"I said as tears streamed down my cheeks "baby you've got this come on, I love you so much and lily wants to meet her baby brother or sister she's waiting outside you've got this" he told me kissing my hand "David it hurts so bad" I said to him, I could hear the pain and tiredness in my own voice, I'd been here for 20 hours now and I seriously just want to go home and not be in this pain anymore, even though I also do want to meet our baby so so much. "I know it does baby but it's going to make us so happy I promise it will be so worth it" he said to me, he took my hand "just push as hard as you can and it will be over baby squeeze my hand" he said, another contraction came on and I pushed as hard as I physically could, also nearly breaking David's hand in the process, it felt like forever but I soon relaxed and I heard the cry of our baby which made tears came to my eyes once again "you did it baby, I'm so proud of you" David said kissing my head as tears also filled his eyes, "you've got a little girl" the midwife said laying her on my chest, I looked down at her and started crying even more at how beautiful she was, she looked a lot like lily meaning she had a lot of David's genes but she had dark brown hair and lightly tanned skin. "She's so beautiful" David said looking down at her on my chest and resting his head against mine "that hurt so much" I said making David laugh "it was worth it though she's so perfect, lily is going to be so happy she's got a little sister" I added, I wanted lily to come in here and meet her baby sister so bad but the midwives were still sorting me out and we obviously didn't want her to see everything so she was outside with my parents who she loved a lot, Lily was very cute when she was four and two years later she's still the cutest and most amazing little girl ever, I'm so glad I got to be her mom as well as this baby and just because she's not my biological child I still love her more than anything and she knows that.
"You can have some visitors in now" the midwife said as they were finally finished, I was still in so much pain but I'm so ready for lily to meet her sister. "Hey shall I go get lil?" David asked "yes! I'm so excited she's going to be so happy" I said smiling "okay I'll be back" he said kissing my head. I looked down at our little girl, she was so perfect her wispy dark brown hair, her long dark eyelashes that rested on her tiny cheeks and her perfect little lips that made her look like she was smiling lightly. "Are you excited?" David asked lily as he carried her in "Yeah" she said jumping down and running over to us "meet your little sister lil" I said as she climbed up next to us "be careful of mommy" David said to her she nodded and carefully sat down beside us "thank you! Thank you! thank you!" She said hugging me making me smile "she looks like me" she said looking down at her baby sister "I know, you're both beautiful" I said running my hands through her long blonde hair. "You look so big compared to her" I said kissing her head "I am, I'm a whole six year old and she's only not an hour old" she said. "Hey you three look over here" David said taking a picture of us on his disposable camera and also his phone "my three girls" he smiled "David I look awful" I said rolling my eyes "Mommy you're always pretty" she said "thanks baby, you want to hold your sister?" I asked her, she nodded and sat next to me and opened up her arms, I placed her into Lily's arms, she stirred a little but immediately settled in her big sisters arms, I looked at lily to see her with tears building up in her eyes "why are you crying?" David asked wiping her tears away with his thumb and kissing her head "i'm crying because I'm happy and it's good" she said sniffing "Aw lil" I said wrapping my arms around both of my girls "what's her name?" Lily asked "she doesn't have one yet because me and daddy can't choose a name" I said to her "can i help choose?" She asked "of course you can" David said tucking her hair behind her ear. "We are trying to choose between Peyton and Paige" I said to her "I think she looks like a Paige" lily said looking down at her sister. "Paige- Elizabeth Dobrik it is" I said smiling "lily and Paige, my two girls" David said kissing both of their heads. I couldn't have gotten any more lucky, meeting my best friend two years ago and our little lily, last year getting married and now having our little Paige, all with my best friend. I'm so happy that I ever met him.
