Diza oneshots

Situation

"Liza, I'm in a situation" David said walking in. He told me he needed to talk and being his best friend I obviously said he could come over. "What's up?" I asked as I signalled for him to sit down on the sofa. "I got a girl pregnant" he said putting his head in his hands "fuck, David" I replied "I was just having fun and taking my mind off things and now she's having my freaking baby, I don't even like her liza what the fuck am I meant to do?" He asked, he looked like he was about to cry, I know David isn't some fuckboy, he's kind sensitive and sweet and I also know the reason he slept with someone else was because he was trying to get his mind off me. "Does she want to keep it?" I asked "yeah, and call me a monster for not wanting to but I can't raise a kid, I don't love her it would never work" he said breaking down. I put my arms around him and hugged him tight. "What the fuck do I do?" He asked me "you be a decent guy and raise the kid, just do all of the co-parenting shit, just tell her you don't think the relationship is good but you want to help with the baby" I told him "Liza, I wanted to have babies with you not some girl that I got drunk and slept with once" he said looking down "I know but it  happened and you're going to have to deal with it" I said to him "I'm so fucking stupid Liza, I don't want this why did I even sleep with her" he said running his hands through his hair and pulling it "David stop" I said taking his hands from his hair "I know it's not a good situation and I know this isn't what you want but you have to do it for her and your baby, please don't be that douche bag of a dad that runs away from his kid, just love it, it's half of you and you're pretty amazing so this kids going to be half good if nothing, you'll work it out I promise" I told him, he nodded "Thanks liza, for being my safe space" he said "any day David, you're my best friend" I replied hugging him. I know he's going to get through this, he's a good guy but he made one mistake and that one mistake just happened to lead to the biggest thing in his life.

"Hey Sophia" I said hugging David's daughter as she came in, she was the most beautiful little girl ever. She had white skin like David, long curly brown hair, bright green eyes and the cutest button nose and smile. David may not have been so certain when he found out but he sure does love his three year old. She jumped into my arms and rested her head on my shoulder "I painted a picture" she said holding up a page full of colourful squiggles "wow, that ones going on the wall" I said making her happy "Hey babe" I said kissing David as he came in carrying Sophia's things for the weekend. Me and David started dating again just after Sophia was born, it was hard on him but I always helped him through his toughest times and Since then Sophia has come to stay with us every weekend, which she loves because we make sure we do the funnest things when she's over. "Liza will you play?" She asked me as she ran through mine and David's house which we bought together about a year ago to make it easier to have Sophia, I do love her like my own daughter, she's the cutest in the world and she is so kind and just like David which is super fun. I walked into Sophia's playroom and we played for a little while before dinner, which David Made. When Sophia was born he also became pretty responsible which was crazy because he's always been a goofy man-child and now he's all responsible and dad like which is adorable. "Sophia it's dinner time" David said scooping her up and tickling her making her laugh before he kissed her cheek "I love you daddy" she said as she laughed "I love you too Soph" he said kissing her cheek again "and I love liza too" she said looking over at me, I walked over and joined their little hug. "Wait Sophia you have something you wanted to ask liza didn't you" he said to Sophia, she jumped down and looked up at me "liza" she said "yeah Sophia?" I asked putting my hand on the side of her face "will you marry my daddy?" She asked, I looked over and David and he nodded before getting down on one knee and pulled out a small black box from his pocket. "Will you marry me?" He asked again "of course I will" I said hugging him as he stood back up, we broke apart and he slid the ring onto my finger, it was perfect, we kissed and then I immediately picked up Sophia hugging her too. "Does that mean I get to walk with you when you wear a pretty white dress?" She asked "of course it means that" I said smiling "I love you both" David said kissing our heads Ive you too" we both replied. This was so perfect, me, David and Sophia.
