Liza's pov
"Please don't go I can't do this without you" I cried to my boyfriend who I just argued with "do what?" He asked "I'm pregnant" I said looking down, I could feel him staring at me, he was silent for a couple minutes "babe please" I said, he stayed silent and walked to the door "get rid of it" he said walking out. I broke down. I just cried and cried, I love him but I can't get rid of my baby because I love them too.
A knock on the door pulled me out of my thoughts, I walked over and opened it up to reveal David Dobrik, my best friend. We dated for two years but I broke up with him to find myself and I've always wanted him back but now I'm dating Adam since I thought I loved him but he's not great especially since he knows about the baby. "Hey liza, I walked past Adam in the drive he seemed annoyed, did you guys fight?" He asked, I just broke down and he hugged me. "What's wrong?" He asked me, I shook my head into his chest, I couldn't tell him. Cry, I don't know if it's because my emotions are crazy from being pregnant, I'm just emotional anyways or because of everything that's going on but I just couldn't stop "Liza, Whatever It is its going to be okay and I'll be here for you" he said to me "it's not okay because I'm pregnant" I said burying me head into his shoulder as soon as he said it "Adams?"he asked "obviously and he wants me to get rid of it, that's why he walked away because I told him and I don't know what to do" I said "I'll help you" David said to me "If you want to keep the baby, I'll help you and if you don't want to keep it, ill help you with that too" he said smiling "I don't deserve you" I said into his shoulder "yes you do, you deserve way better than me but you've got me so that's what we will have to work with" he told me "I don't know what I would do without you" I said drying my tears with my sleeve, he pulled me into a hug again "it's going to be okay Liza" he said to me "yeah it is, as long as I have you" I said to him "you do have me" he replied.

"Okay, I know you want to take your mind off it but what are you going to do about the baby?" David asked as we were binge watching Harry Potter, I paused it and thought for a moment "I couldn't get rid of it" I said "okay" he replied smiling "why are you so happy?" I asked raising my eyebrow at him "I guess I'm excited for you" he said smiling "you're so adorable" I replied "it's pretty exciting, my best friend is having a baby" he said smiling making me smile too. "I guess it is pretty exciting" I said realising how fun it will be to have a smaller version of me running around and causing mayhem.

"Are you getting rid of it?" Adam asked as he walked in "no I'm keeping them" I said kinda scared of what he was going to do "if you bring that thing anywhere near me you're both dead, you slut" he shouted walking closer to me so I was backed up against the wall. "Get away from her, it's her child and her body and she can do what she wants" David said returning from the bathroom and pushing Adam away. "Oh look here comes mr hero. She doesn't even love you anymore. Don't fucking tell me how to talk to my bitch" Adam said grabbing me "she's not your bitch and she's not your property" David retaliated "Stay out of it" Adam said pushing David back. "Adam stop" I said to him "who's side are you fucking on?" He asked me "The guy who cares about me and wants the best for me. And the baby, just leave Adam, unless you want to be a part of your kids life" I said to Adam "fine, but fuck you and that stupid mistake" he said walking out, as soon as he shut the door, I broke down into David's arms yet again. "That was scary" I said "I know but you're okay, you're both okay. We're okay" he said rubbing my back with his arms. This is what I need.

"Ready?" David asked as he stood at the door, waiting for me. He was picking me up since we were going to my first scan "I guess" I replied nervously. "Did you get sick today?" He asked as we walked to his car "yeah since five this morning" i replied "Aw, feel better now?" He asked "not really but I don't know if it's nerves or morning sickness" I replied "you're okay I promise, I'm going to be right next to you the whole time and you can even hold my hand if you get scared" he told me "thanks" I replied smiling.
"Elizabeth Koshy" the nurse called "come on" David said holding out his hand for me. he seemed so unbelievably excited and it was so cute to see. "This way" the nurse said smiling sympathetically David squeezed my hand as we walked in, I smiled nervously. "Okay so, Elizabeth and what's your name sir" the nurse asked "David" he replied still smiling "and are you the baby's father?" The nurse asked "uh no, we're just like friends" he said awkwardly "I shouldn't have assumed" she replied "anyways, when is the last time you had sex?" She asked me I looked at David and took a deep breath "I think about four weeks ago" i said "okay, I just need you to do a urine test also, you don't need to be so nervous, this is a safe space and you don't need to worry" the nurse said to me, I nodded and took the little pot she was holding out. I went into the bathroom that was in the room and I could hear David and the nurse talking as I peed "she's just kind of had a tough couple weeks but she'll be okay, I'm looking after her" David said "I am a little worried about her anxiety and stress isn't good for the baby so if you know anything that will help her to relax more that would be helpful" the nurse said. I finished up and washed my hands before entering the room again and handed over the pee sample. "Okay so I'm going to dip the stick in and if it turns pink then you're pregnant" she said as she dipped it in. It immediately turned a bright pink. "Congratulations" She said to me, I looked over at David and he was smiling. It's crazy how much I know he's going to love this baby even though it's not his. He just has such a pure heart and that is what I didn't get in Adam. "We can have a look at baby if you would like" the nurse said signalling to the bed "yeah please" I replied looking at David and smiling because of his infectious smile. "Okay, If you just lay down and roll up your shirt" the nurse said, I nodded and did it exposing my still completely flat stomach. David sat right next to me and held our his hand again for me to hold. "Okay so this gel is going to be pretty cold" she said. I nodded and braved myself. She spread It across my stomach with the probe and we heard the comforting thump of the babies heartbeat "oh my god" I said quietly, tears forming in my eyes "baby really wanted to be heard" she said smiling. I quickly wiped away the tears before anyone could see and turned to David "David oh my god" I said at the fact he was also crying "I'm pretty stoked for you" he said laughing and wiping his eyes. "You two might need these" the nurse said handing us a box of tissues, we laughed a little and took one each wiping our eyes, the nurse printed a picture of the baby and gave it to me before we left.
