Hero part 2

Liza's pov
I looked at myself in the mirror. I looked beautiful. I was so excited yet so nervous. Today I get to marry my hero, David Dobrik. "Mommy you look like a princess" Evelyn said as she wrapped her arms around my leg, she was wearing a small light pink dress and she also looked like a princess. "So do you" I said smiling and lifting her up, she wrapped her legs around me and kissed my cheek carefully so she wouldn't ruin my makeup "I love you Ev" I said to her "I love you too mommy, Im so excited to see daddy" she said smiling "me too, I'm so excited to marry him" I said to her making her giggle, I loved hearing her call him her dad, it melted my heart. Ever since that day a whole year ago on the beach everything has been the absolute best. Evelyn turned 5, we went on holiday to Hawaii and we just had the best year, all three of us together. "Does this mean I'm going to get a little sister or brother now?" Evelyn asked, smiling in hope "we'll see what happens" I smiled, it most likely meant she was though because at the beginning of the year, David and I sat down and we made goals for the next five years, we decided from our wedding day, today, I would stop taking the pill and we could just see what happens, we aren't specifically trying as such but if it does happen we will be pretty happy about it. "Yey" She said smiling, she jumped down from my arms and ran over to my mom who was getting ready herself, I knew the photographer would have just taken the cutest pictures of my and Ev as we were talking.
I walked down the isle towards David, tears built up in my eyes just because of how damn happy I am to be marrying this boy and to have him be Evelyn's Daddy, when I got to him, he had tears in his eyes too "you look so beautiful" he said to me "and you look so handsome" I replied, we both smiled and the service began.
"When I first met you, I didn't think I'd ever have anyone who would treat me and Ev right, coming out of all those bad relationships made me feel like nobody would ever love us again but when I met you that day on the airplane, and you took the time to read a book to Evelyn and play with her and you spoke to me as if I was the only girl on the world, I knew you were different from all of those other guys and to this day I still know it. You are the best David Dobrik. You're the best man to me, and the best Daddy to Evelyn and I know you're always going to make us feel like the most beautiful and special girls in the world." I said, tears were rolling down me cheeks as I spoke and they were for David too. "Well that was emotional, I don't know if I can top it" David laughed "okay well firstly Ev, come up here" he said, she stood in front of my and he knelt down "okay first, I have some things to say to my little princess" he said "every time I look at you Evelyn, I see the most beautiful, caring, cheeky little girl and I love it so so much, stepping into being your daddy has been the best thing in my life and being able to watch you grow demi being a little three years old to the amazing five year old you are now has been so amazing, I'm so excited to watch you grow until you're a big grown up, I'm excited for every second of it, and I just want you to know that I love you so so much, and I always will" he said to her, she smiled so big and she wrapped her arms around his neck "I love you daddy" she said quietly so only we could hear it, his little speech had me in floods of tears, I didn't think anything could be this cute. "Okay now your turn," he smiled taking my hands "Elizabeth Koshy, Liza, my best friend in the whole world, the love of my life, just a few things I like to call you. I love you so much, I feel like that's the only way I can start this, with how much I love you and how much I always will. You are the most beautiful, kind and caring person in the whole world and I'm so so glad that we just happened to have seats next to each other on that flight because I don't know what I would've done without meeting you. When we met, I had to mature and learn pretty quickly to fit into your life but I'm so glad I did because I would never even dream of being anywhere else other than here today, marrying you. I'm going to say it again just to show you how much it's true, I love you. And I always will" he said to me, this day couldn't get any more perfect. I love this guy.
"You may now kiss the bride" with those words, David softly kissed me, we only kissed for a couple of seconds before we pulled away and everyone clapped, I smiled looking into his eyes "I love you beyond words" I said to him "I love you beyond words too, and Evelyn" He said to me , we smiled and she came running over jumping into David's arms "hey little one" David said kissing her cheek "hi daddy" she replied snuggling into his neck, "you two are the prettiest girls in the world, you know that?" He said to us, Evelyn giggled and wrapped her free arm around me pulling us together, we walked back down the aisle all together and then we went outside and spoke to our friends and family who were there, it was honestly the best day of my life. I couldn't think of a person I would rather marry and become my husband and Evelyn's dad.
