We are on our way to the studio for pyramid. Our mom is still a little upset about what happened over the weekend. But Lyric and I are happy that our mom let us stay at ALDC. When we got to the studio, Ms. Abby was sitting at the front desk. Abby- Hi girls, how are you? Twins- Good Abby- Go ahead into the den. The other girls are already in there. We went into the den and greeted everyone. It was very awkward between the moms. We were in the den stretching for about 5 mins before Ms. Abby called us into Studio A for pyramid.
Abby- Girls, last week was OK. But, you could always do better. Now last on the pyramid is Maddie. You got 2nd in your solo and 3rd in your duet with Chloe.You're better then that. Next, is Chloe, you did great in the group dance. But, the duet got 3rd and you also fell out of your turn at the end. The middle row is Nia, Kendall, and Mackenzie. You guys only had the group dance to worry about and it was 2nd place. And on top of the pyramid are Layla and Lyric. You both placed 1st in your solos and your duet. You not only won for yourself but you won for the Abby Lee Dance Company.
Jill- But Abby, they shouldn't have gotten a duet.
Abby- I gave them a duet because i wanted to beat Cathy and we did. If they wouldn't have competed we would have lost. And that's the last I'm talking about the duet. Now onto the dances,there are going to be a lot of dances this week. There are 2 group dances, 2 solos, and if we have time a duet. I'm bringing in two choreographers to help me out. They are Britt Pen and Shannon Mather. I'm also going to bring in some dancers you've seen before. I'm bringing in Jade, Tea', Sarah, Brynn, Kamryn, and Sarah H. The twins will be joining them.My two soloist are Chloe and Mackenzie. Chloe your solo is called 'Almost Lover' and Britt will be doing your solo. My other soloist is Mackenzie and your solo is called 'Sink or Swim'. My duet is Nia and Kendall its called Pieces Together. The select team your group dance is called 'These Four Walls' and it has a huge prop. The junior elite team your group dance is called Tribal Council and it also has a prop. Alright girls, start stretching, moms your dismissed. We have a lot to do, so lets not waste time.
