The next few days were really nice. Sarah was being treated better by Pansy and they even seemed to be.. Getting along? They even had conversations on occasions and all the past had been forgotten, it was as if she had replaced Miss Clearwater. Not only was Pansy nice but Blaise was one of the best boyfriends a girl could ask for. He was attentive and took her out and bought her things. He was so sweet, not only that but he looked after her with the utmost care.
Only one thing was off. Draco seemed to be avoiding her, like the plague. It's not like she had been in the best of moods with him anyway but he was extra annoyed with her right now. Or at least that's how it seemed. Maybe he was still being funny with her because he was angry about the whole room of requirement thing.
Sarah wasn't all too sure but either way she wasn't going to let it get in the way of her and Blaise. She refused to let Draco push into the forefront of her mind yet again. He was just an annoying twerp who wanted to cause her pain and misery; and had done for all her time at Hogwarts.
Sarah was relaxing in the common room in front of the fire with a book in her lap. While she was thinking she didn't notice Blaise walk in and sit beside her with a small smile on his face as he lightly put his arm around her.
It had been a month since they started dating and it was getting close to November. The weather was getting colder with Blaise proposing an ice skating date when it got really cold out. Sarah smiled at him and lightly leaned her head up against his shoulder. It was the best feeling, just being with Blaise. He was easy going and wanted to just be with her. Sarah couldn't help but start to relax, but it wasn't long before her dream world was shattered.
Into the common room walked in a very angry looking Pansy who was coming towards her. It appeared that their little truce had at last come to an end. For the second time this year Miss Parkinson took a swing for Sarah, only this time Blaise was there to protect her. Sarah raised an eyebrow as she looked over to the fuming girl with a confused look on her face.
"This is so unfair! Why are you protecting her?!" Pansy squealed as she attempted to side step the male who was protecting her target. "She is a massive bitch! I hate her!"
Blaise watched as Pansy attempted to move around her, rather unsuccessfully. Although confused Blaise stood firm and refused to let Pansy by which Sarah was rather thankful for. She did not want to be in the hospital wing again.
"What's your problem? I haven't done anything." Sarah stated defiantly as she stared Pansy down, having a buzzing feeling in her stomach, Blaise had just protected her from Pansy. Although she could have done it herself, it was sweet that he wanted to protect her.
Blaise and Sarah stood in shock for a moment, Pansy was on the floor, frozen in place. A panting Draco stood in the common room entrance, with his wand drawn and pointed to where Pansy had been standing before. He seemed to be furious as he approached whilst shoving his wand back into his pocket with force and standing in front of Blaise.
"Parkinson didn't tell you anything, correct?" He spat with his fists going white from how tightly he was clenching them. Sarah thought his behaviour was odd, but let it slide as she flopped back down onto the sofa, she wasn't being threatened anymore so there was no need to stand.
"No, Parkinson didn't say anything about your affairs. She's stupid but I doubt she would speak of that matter." Blaise muttered back quietly to Draco, who visibly calmed down. Sarah was definitely missing something here.
"Make sure nobody speaks of this incident Blaise." He said before he swiftly left, carrying Pansy off somewhere.
Sarah guessed he would take her to the hospital wing or something like that. With a small shrug she looked up at Blaise. It didn't bother her if Pansy went off with Draco, but it did worry her a little, nobody really wished to be in Draco's bad books .
"I guess you have to go sort out that mess?" Sarah asked with a soft sigh as she stood up to kiss him gently, her lips just pressing against his, her arms resting around his shoulders. As much as she didn't want him to leave Sarah knew he would have to go. It came with being one of Draco's friends, he was the ring leader and if you didn't go along with him there was trouble.
He left soon after and Sarah was left alone again, left with her quiet rage. Pansy had no right to just storm in and ruin her time with her boyfriend. Then she had an idea, Sarah would go find her and make her regret it. She smirked slightly and got up with wand in hand, walking off down the slightly dim corridor towards the hospital wing.
When she got there however neither Pansy or Draco were anywhere to be found. Odd, maybe Malfoy had taken her off somewhere else, the room of requirement maybe? A sudden sense of worry hit her, surely Draco was not so bad as to do something horrible to her, right? Feeling a little sick she quickened her pace.
Silently making her way off towards the room of requirement, and not bumping into either peeves, the inquisitorial squad or a prefect was a bit of a pain, but she made it there. Smiling when she reached the blank patch of wall, she closed her eyes.
Flicking her eyes open she was surprised when the door hadn't appeared, that was rather strange.. She thought to herself as she tapped against the wall and then closed her eyes again thinking of what she needed. But to no avail, when her eyes opened there was no door. Sarah scowled, she was in the right place, so why wasn't it working? Was somebody inside?
It was worth a shot, she huffed and closed her eyes again. The next time she opened her eyes the door appeared as she strolled inside, shutting the door behind her, only to be met with several wands pointed her way.
"Potter and squad?" Sarah snorted as she looked about the room to see a bunch of students gathered around the room practicing spells. "Oh my Salazar, what on earth are you doing?" She giggled, as her eyes flickered across the room. What did they think they were doing, if Umbridge found out about this. All thoughts of Draco and Pansy now gone from her mind.
"How'd you know about this!?" Granger screeched, obviously fuming. She was probably just annoyed that somebody had outsmarted her by knowing about the room of requirement before her. Sarah shook her hand in dismissal as she looked at Harry.
"Please, I'm not here for you, I don't care what your up to in this room. I was looking for Malfoy and Parkinson. I think I found something a lot more interesting though." She said with a nod at the scene going on behind them. Everybody seemed to be ignoring her and getting on with what they were doing. "Well, are you going to tell me what you're doing?"
"This is the D.A."
