Chapter 88: Birthday gift

Jisoo's P. O. V.

I was looking after Bobby inside his room, well we brought him home last night as soon as he's already stable. It's really dangerous to stay in the hospital because of some reporters and even civilians who wants to see Lord Bobby. Everything is in chaos like they're doing some rally to the Emperor to bring the Queen back.

I don't know what exactly the main reason why they're doing it but I heard from the news that the Queen was being abducted or what, a lot of fake news come out and they're attacking the Royalties because of the Queen's lost. They said, it was the Emperor and Empress fault, that's why the Queen is missing, all of us know that if the Queen is nowhere to be found, it is something that will make the country its downfall, I don't why but it's really important for everyone, having a Queen is necessary.

Anyway, Bobby told us that it wasn't Kai who stabbed him but someone who has a black mask on his face. He said, he forgot something and went back at the locker but someone pull him inside the room and started to stab him like hell. The police took their actions immediately when they watched the footage, they're tracing the motorcycle which had been used by the suspect.

"Hey Jisoo, Did Lisa contacted you?" I look back and saw Sunmi with her swollen eyes.

Geez, she's always crying since Lisa left the Palace. I look at Bobby and sigh, I don't know if I should tell her that Jin Young called me last night, saying that Lisa's alright and we don't need to worry as she was enjoying the place. I don't know how much we the Lords and Lady Seulgi thank the God for keeping Lisa safe and as well as Jennie.

"I don't have any information from her Sunmi but if she calls me, then I'll make sure to tell it to you first, okay?" I said and purse my lips, I know how much she loves Lisa but I don't have any choice, she doesn't have any choice too.. Lisa choose Jennie over her and nothing can change that.

She took her seat beside me and watch Bobby as well. I look at the door to check if the Lords and Seulgi are there but nah, Maybe the meeting is still ongoing between the other Royalties from different district of Korea. I just decided to take care of Bobby because I don't trust no one.

"Is there something wrong with me that Lisa couldn't give back the love I needed?" She asked me, I heard how she sobs. It really breaks my heart too hearing those words from Sunmi, we never see or hear her crying over a thing since we know her as one of the strongest Royalty in our clan but she can't force Lisa to love her back.

I look at her and caress the top of her hand "I know that you love her but.. "

"But she's inlove with Jennie? I'm with her when she left Lisa, I'm with her when she was crying all night because of her, I'm with her when no else does.. How come she doesn't love me as much as I do?" She cried, she maintain her voice as low as possible so Bobby won't wake up.

I close my eyes because of frustration before I face her "Even how much you give your love to her Sunmi, she couldn't give it to you. You can't blame her.. You know that right? You're just getting frustrated but Sunmi, I know you understand Lisa as much as we do" I told, she cover her eyes by her hands and cry out her heart.

I tap her back to stop her from crying "I know how hurt it is Sunmi but you can find someone better than her"

"But she's the best for me"

I don't know how can I stop her, she's really devoted to Lisa.. I know and I can see that. We grow up together, We shared memories and all so I can't blame her for searching and hoping on Lisa's promised that she will going to Marry her in the near future.

"But Sunmi.. Loving someone doesn't mean you are asking to give back what you invested"

We both look back and saw Seulgi behind us, I almost trip over because of her. She smile at me then to Sunmi before she stroke Sunmi's hair.
