Chapter 89: Two

Chaeyoung's P. O. V.

It's been a week since Jennie Unnie and Auntie left the city. I don't know where are they, Jisoo told me that everything inside the Palace is kinda predicament. They didn't know what to do first and what should they do. People always start a rally every  morning, no days last that civilians didn't showed up in front of the Palace. They thought the Emperor didn't take any actions about the Queen.

I met Jisoo two days ago, she seems tired and sleepless. I was worried that she might experience over fatigue due to her duty. She also told me that they need to go back to the Castle for a month, just cooling themselves from the eye of everyone while their parents are doing their work to find Lisa, Even though they wanted to help but the Lords told them not to. I'm bewildered on the thought that, Jisoo knows where they are yet she didn't even say any single word to the Emperor.

I look at my watch and it's already 10am in the morning, She told me to wait for her near at the park before she went back to the Castle today.

"She's late" I pouted while sitting on the bench.

I'm enjoying to see the people happily walking at the park with their family and partner. I miss performing in front of everyone, I miss Unnie. I miss Leo and everyone but I guess we could no longer do that. Jennie Unnie's life isn't easy and safe anymore.

Few minutes later, I saw a black car stop at the gate of the park. Jisoo went out of it, wearing her hoodie jacket and mask, she pull down her mask and smile widely at me, showing her heart shape lips.

I quickly got up from my seat and she quickly run towards me. I spread my arms to hug her and she throw herself to me.

"I miss you" She whispered and kiss my cheek.

"I miss you too" I said.

I look at the gate and her guards are securing the place. Thank God we're safe.

She tighten her embrace and sway her body a little. Despite of our height difference, she still can dominate me.

"So have you had your breakfast?" She asked me.

I nod my head and smile "Yeah. Even if I still not.. I'm good since you are here" I sincerely said.

She look at me intently, stroking my hair and caressing my cheeks are her thing today.

"I will melt" I slap her shoulder and laugh.

She hold my hand and lead our way to roam around the park.

"Stick with your oppa while I'm not around, okay?" She remind me, all I can do is to answer her by nodding my head "A month will be a quite long for me, I don't really know the exact date when I would be back" She uttered.

I look down to watch our feet in sync

"I will wait even it will take years or decades" I chuckle.

She look at our hands then to my eyes before she smile "Our hands are perfectly fit for each other"

We stop under the big tree and look upon where we used to perform back then.

"Did you tell Jennie Unnie how much I miss her?" I asked.

"Of course and she told me that you don't have to worry about her, you should worry about yourself. She sounds like lonely when I told her that you miss her" She stated.

"Can we visit her?"

She shakes her head and force herself to smile "Lisa told me that she will show herself but not now and not too soon. I understand her since she needs to protect Jennie from any harm"
