"First I want tell you about Camille. Her and I have a long history. We dated a long time ago and it ended badly very badly. She cheated on me several times, she manipulated me. She made me think I was in love and I thought I was. But what we had wasn't love it can't have been. We finally broke up for good and she vowed to ruin any relationship that I tried to have with anyone and she has. Then we started dating and she was quiet, I hadn't heard anything and I thought you would be safe but you aren't. You aren't safe with me. You don't know me like you think you do" Magnus was telling Alec but had to take a break to breath and to try and keep back the tears that threatened. Alec reached over squeezed his hand "take your time" he told Magnus reassuringly. Magnus continued "so that's Camille who in truth isn't an ordinary person and neither am I" Magnus paused to see Alec's reaction which one of being confused and he really didn't blame him. He took another deep breath there really was no going back now. "All the legends are true. About Vampires, Werewolves, Faeries and Warlocks. Camille she's a vampire, a very old and dangerous vampire, Caterina you met is a warlock, Simon who you met on our first date he's also a vampire and Maia who you know; she's a werewolf." Alec slipped his hand out of Magnus's and just looked straight ahead. "And me" Magnus took a deep breath "I'm a warlock" Alec stood up suddenly shaking his head "no it's not true it can't be Werewolves, Vampires, Warlocks they aren't real. They can't be. They're all myth, a legend" Alec was pacing the living room Magnus stood up and stood in front of Alec bringing him to a stop. "Alec all the legends are true. I am a warlock and I can prove it" Alec looked at Magnus confused "prove it how?" Magnus stood back a little and lowered his head and closed his eyes. After a few seconds Alec was still waiting paitently and then Magnus lifted up his head and opened his eyes. Alec stumbled back stunned at what was looking back at him. It was no longer the chocolate brown that Alec loved so much now there were golden cateyes staring at him.
