"I had a really great time with you tonight." Alec told Magnus as they walked out of the Hunters Moon.
"I did as well, I really enjoyed it. We should do this again." Magnus said.
"Do you mean, we should go on another date?" Alec asked.
"Yes, if you'd like to." he answered, to which Alec smiled at him.
"Of course, I'd love to." he told Magnus, who then smiled back.
"I look forward to our second date then."  Magnus said. Alec found himself not wanting the night to end, he didn't want to leave Magnus just yet.
"How about we walk?" he suggested. "My apartment isn't too far from here." Magnus nodded in agreement.
"Okay, sure." The two of them walked along the sidewalk, a comfortable silence falling over them as they enjoyed in each other's company. They walked closely beside each other, and soon Alec reached out to take hold of Magnus' hand, and Magnus embraced the action by intertwining their fingers. Just then, Alec felt a small droplet of water hit his arm. He looked up at the sky as they continued to walk, noticing the rain clouds just above.
"It's starting to rain, we could call a taxi if you'd like." Magnus offered, but Alec shook his head.
"It's not much further, and I like walking with you." he said, squeezing Magnus's hand lightly.
"Alright, but we may get soaked." Magnus told him with a light chuckle.
"I don't mind if you don't." Alec replied.
"So you like the rain?" Magnus asked him.
"Not really, I just like being with you, even if it means walking in the rain." he answered, and Magnus couldn't help but smile at hearing that from Alec.
"Well, I like being with you too." he told Alec. The rain gradually picked up, now becoming a heavy drizzle rather than a light sprinkle. As the two arrived just outside Alec's apartment, it began to pour. Magnus started to walk toward the door of the apartment, but Alec stayed right where he was, letting the rain soak his clothes and hair. He hesitated nervously before reaching out to take hold of Magnus's arm, pulling him gently.
"What is it?" Magnus asked, turning around to face Alec.
"Kiss me." Alec said, speaking over the rain that became louder.
"But it's pouring-" Magnus started but Alec cut him off.
"I know. I just want you to kiss me, right here in the pouring rain." Magnus complied, and Alec's heart skipped a beat as he leaned in slowly, gazing into Alec's hazel orbs for a moment before meeting their lips together. Kissing Magnus for the first time felt truly magical, like fireworks exploding in the sky, like all the stars had aligned. Magnus kissed him soft and slow, but passionately. And Alec followed the pace, kissing back with everything he had. Alec held Magnus's waists as they kissed and Magnus held onto Alec's shoulders. Alec closed his eyes, and nothing else mattered in that moment besides kissing Magnus, he didn't pay attention to the fact that it was pouring outside, or that they were both drenched with rain water, everything around him had faded. Their first kiss was perfect, like something that came right out of a romance movie. They broke apart after several moments, their eyes meeting as they still held on to each other.
"Thank you, for giving me the perfect first kiss." Alec said, brightly smiling at Magnus.
"Yours was the best kiss I've had in a while." Magnus told him, smiling too. The rain had then started to slow down, becoming a light shower. "You should really get inside now though, you're soaking wet." Magnus lightly urged Alec.
"Right. Well, goodnight, Magnus." Alec kissed his cheek softly before pulling away, and beginning to walk toward his apartment door.
"Goodnight." Magnus called out, and Alec turned around one last time, giving Magnus a soft smile before disappearing inside his apartment.
